Bel hôtel

Only one receptionist was kind. The rest were rude and kinda hostile. They made outrageous charges to my room that weren’t even mine and they kept claiming that were mine. They later on apologized because they added someone else’s charges on my room. They still over charged me with a bunch of fees and charges that I didn’t make anyway. The cleaning staff were great, really nice. The restaurant / breakfast staff were great! They were really nice! The hotel doesn’t really have anything to do in there. The water charges were double of the what they were in the vending machine. They charge you $8 a day just for staying there, as an extra charge. The food was pretty bland, and not a big variety. The website says that they have a store inside and a guest laundry room area, that’s a complete lie. They don’t have anything. The hotel does look really nice on the outside and inside. The rooms were okay. The beds were kinda small, my toddler ended up falling off the bed twice.

Struttura vecchia che richiede un aggiornamento in ogni sua parte, dalla camera agli ambienti comuni. Ristorante con menù limitato ma piatti non male. Colazione abbondante ma con prodotti di medio bassa qualità.

Hotel bello , solo i bagni un po datati ma mess bene . La pecca la colazione , salato solo uova prosciutto bacon per la grandezza dell’hotel mi aspettavo un buffet più ricco . Personale gentile .

Wir waren als Familien in der Nebensaison dort. Es war sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, das Badezimmer ebenso. Ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wirkt dadurch aber nicht runtergekommen. Wunderschöne Lobby mit Brunnen und sehr gepflegte und saubere Anlage. Frühstück passend für Italien überwiegend Süßes zum Frühstück, Kaffee war OK, Wurst und Käse sehr überschaubar. Brot war Mangelware. Alles in allem jedoch für einen Kurzurlaub (so wie bei uns) empfehlenswert.

It’s really nice hotel

Tutto molto bene a parte l'aria condizionata al primo piano che era un po' deboluccia, per avere 25 gradi in camera occorreva spegnere l' AC nei corridoi. Per il resto letti comodi, bagno grande e spazioso, colazione piacevole con personale molto premuroso in sala. C'era anche il camioncino dei gelati nella Hall ma non era ancora stato attivato, davvero molto carino. La palestra ha buoni attrezzi, la reception metteva a disposizione acqua in bottiglietta fredda per gli ospiti, cosa gradita dato le temperature bollenti di Roma. Note di merito ad Andrea della reception che ha trovato un ventilatore per la notte, è stato davvero utlie e gradito.

THe Hotel is in a Remote area near motorway and description on booking site confirms that they provide Shuttle service to Train station. However, When we inquired about that, we were adivsed they charge 5 euro per person. We were group of nine.They said they can't do shuttle service for nine people and suggested to take the bus & Train. We try to find the bus stop and it's by Motor way with narrow lane to stay. We went and checked and realised that with the children, we couldn't take risk as the vehicle were travelling at high speed passing and horning on us. We then inquired about using taxi. They said each trip will cost us £120. In addition we had to pay the train fare. Each day, we had to pay 400euro on transport. Also there are not many food places.We were very unhappy with stay and vacated next morning. Requested for refund and no response fromHotels.com yet. Had an email from SHG hotel advising to contact Hotels.com. Still wating for an update.

The property was very old. The air-conditioning is controlled by the front desk, it’s a scam, it looks luxurious at first with the fountain and all and nice AC in the reception area but once you get settled in your room, I’d say about 6 PM. They turned the AC to 26 to 28°C, which is extremely hot and uncomfortable and it stays that way until check in time for the next day. The purpose of it is to fool the person who are checking into think they score at a great hotel when it’s actually trash. The person at the reception might swell up being honest and just tell me that the AC is controlled at a certain temperature and it’s not allowed to be controlled by the customers. Highly not recommended!!!!!!!!

Hotel grande e di alta qualita, anni 90. Camere comode e confortevoli, insonorizzate bene, colazione discreta, spazi comuni ampi e un bel parco giardino. Gradita l'acqua fresca in bottiglietta per gli ospiti.

The hotel is good. It is close to Rome. The cleaning could be a little better. When we arrived, our bathroom had a lot of hair in both the sink and the bathtub. The staff are great. The restaurant manager at breakfast, Ricardo, was incredible! He was extremely attentive and even gave us an excellent recommendation for a restaurant in Rome that I can say was one of the best.
