The staff and location is amazing. He is very supportive whenever I have any question. The room is clean. There is enough facility nearby (laundry, carrefour express, scooter rental.) What can I do better: 1. The restroom has an uncomfortable smell even though it's clean. We guess the smell comes from the drain sewer in the toilet. We try to cover it with tape and turn on the ventilation whenever we go out but it seems not working. 2. The internet connection is not stable. I tried to work sometimes but could not. This can be improved easily. 3. The noise easily comes into the room at night since the window is made of wood and not really good at noise cancelling. 4. There is no kitchen in the room. Sometimes it's inconvenient for us. Overall I really appreciate the staff supporting us to have one more half day free of charge due to late flixbus. It can be good value/price if you book early. There is no "average" option of rating on this app so I am not good while it should be average. Thanks.
