ホテル内のバーを利用しましたが、バーテンダーが気さくで気が利いてとてもいい時間を過ごせました。

NICE！素晴らしい！美しい！

友人5人で泊まりました。シャワーとバスタブも別にあり、アメニティも揃ってました。朝食は(7時から)パンやホットケーキ、スクランブル、ゆで卵、フルーツにサラダ、ケーキなどなどとても充実してました。ホテルからバチカンまでは歩いて10分もかからなかった気がします。近くのジェラート屋さんがとても美味しくて毎日食べました。チェックアウト時はUberよりもタクシーの方が安いよと教えてくださりタクシーを手配してくれました。

バチカンにほど近く、交通の便が良い。 スタッフは親切で対応も問題なかった。

Tv has no smart options to connect to phone like netflex etc. AC not too cool. Bathroom shower doesn’t have a door, so water falls all over. Rooms are small.

This location and property are absolutely superior. I’ve stayed at this hotel for decades, and I must say that the Hilton renovation is divine. Comfortable, safe, and lovely. Special shout out to Sara, Samuel, and all of the team.

Super clean with comfortable beds. Perfect for our Pilgrimage trip to Rome - especially the Vatican!!!

The room was very small. The bed was so close to the wall that you had to walk sideways to get to the other side of the room

Excellent location! Hotel was great—safe, clean and a wonderful peaceful retreat after a full day in the city! Fun rooftop terrace also. Highly recommend!

No early check in whatsoever allowed before 3pm, we waited 2 hours beginning at 1pm, after a lengthy international flight. Once checked in, we found out our room had NO AIR CONDITIONING due to a malfunctioning system! I raised the issue immediately to management and they told me to be patient the room would cool down, it never did. The hotel gave us another room, half the size, directly next door, and its air conditioning didn’t work either! I raised the issue immediately. This time we were told they found an issue, and that they would TRY and give us another room the next day. Eventually, about 18 hours before checkout, we received a comparable room to what we prepaid for, and the air conditioning worked. The manager gave us a modest credit for our trouble. I understand issues happen, but the staff were very dismissive of us from the start. Only until after we raised multiple complaints, including at 1:10am in the morning, did they acknowledge our issue. In addition, booking the room and prepaying in full from a third party, did NOT help us whatsoever! Next time we will book direct! Horrible!

Hotel is conveniently located to VC. Just a couple of train stops from everything else. Clean and comfortable. AC wasn’t very cool and we had basically no hot water in the shower…a problem that persisted all 6 nights.

Like new inside/clean, comfortable, stylish. A few minutes walk to the Vatican. Neighborhood has plenty of shops and restaurants. Breakfast buffet is great and everyone on staff is helpful and friendly. Amazing place to stay in Rome!

The property was chosen for its location and close proximity to the Vatican. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend it as a great option for accommodations near the Vatican
