Clean room. Friendly Staff.

Nous y avons passé une nuit très agréable. La chambre est très spacieuse et la salle de bain de grande qualité. Tout était très propre ! Petit déjeuner très bon accessible à partir de 7h30 mais possible de demander y aller plus tôt si besoin. Gros bémol : le surveillant de baignade ! Insupportable à toujours venir nous parler en italien (qu’on ne comprenait pas beaucoup) sur des explications invraisemblables de sécurité, à se positionner à 50cm de nos chaises longues et nous observer nous baigner avec une remarque sur tous nos faits et gestes, expliquer pendant 15min les différents espaces du spa (toujours en italien) alors que les créneaux de réservation sont de 1h… Personnage très malaisant à cause duquel nous avons écourté notre moment détente au spa. Dommage car les piscine chauffées sont superbes et la vue sur la chaîne du mont-blanc splendide !

While in a beautiful location, the hotel is not upfront about their dog policy. Nothing on their website says that dogs cost per night and I find that extremely shady. It was 20€ / night for my UNDER 10kg dog. On the website it makes it sound like you can bring them for free, yet when we checked in the said we must pay but don’t worry we get some amenities. The amenities included a dog bed and 2 dog bowls… not 20€ worth and unnecessary. On top of that “parking is free” however there were not enough spots to accomodate the massive amounts of people and we ended up not being able to find a spot and there are no garages nearby. So we asked about the indoor parking snd they said we can park there for 15€ a night. Again, what??? It feels like nothing more than a cash grab to be honest and breakfast was the thing I was looking forward to the most and it was very show no go. The bacon was not good, orange juice was bitter and watery, bread was sub par, and some of the fried eggs were under cooked… very unsatisfying. The price does not reflect the quality nor is it honest.

We were travelling via Mont Blanc tunnel to Italy from UK this was our stop over brilliant hotel we had halfboard but we were leaving early next day the hotel arranged a breakfast picnic we were here out of season (ski) so rates were very reasonable for this time of year Will def stay here again.

We are very happy with everything from the minute when we arrived till to the last the hotel fabulous, food amazing, all the staff absolutely wonderful and the best location possible in the world!!!! Big thank you to everyone!!!

The hotel didn’t feel very welcoming. The bar area was an extension of the reception. Apart from myself going to reception to enquire about something, no hotel staff engaged with us for our stay. Breakfast was confusing- all the tables were reserved, so we weren’t allocated a specific table and the staff seemed reluctant to put us anywhere. This happened each of the 4 mornings. Also the egg chef was very moody and monosyllabic. The hotel didn’t do ski passes! Unusual for a ski hotel. The receptionist offered to help me on the app on my phone as it was in italian. I told her I wanted a 3-day pass for 2 adults. When we collected the passes the following day at the ski lift office , she had booked us a 1 day ski pass for 6 people! I wasn’t able to get a refund and rebook. This ended up costing us quite a lot more money than we needed to pay! 😟 The shuttle to and from the hotel to gondola was unreliable. Any finally no towelling robes were available in the room to go to the spa, when I enquired, I was told you had to rent them!

Struttura moderna, ben organizzata e impeccabilmente pulita. Lo staff è professionale, cordiale e sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta: un aspetto per noi fondamentale, avendo soggiornato con una bimba di 4 mesi. La posizione ai piedi delle montagne rende l’esperienza ancora più suggestiva. Camera ampia e molto pulita. SPA e piscina davvero carine, l’ideale per godersi del relax. Cena e colazione più che soddisfacenti, con proposte varie e tipiche del territorio. Posizione strategica sia per raggiungere gli impianti sciistici sia il centro di Courmayeur, anche grazie agli efficienti servizi di bus (fermata proprio sotto l’hotel). L’animazione organizza serate molto piacevoli ed escursioni interessanti (che non abbiamo avuto modo di sfruttare, ma sarà sicuramente per la prossima volta!). Ottimo anche il servizio bar. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Visto mozzafiato sul Monte Bianco

Chambre bien agencée et agréable. Isolation phonique côté torrent et autoroute insuffisante. Buffet au restaurant pour la 1/2 pension. Parking en sous-sol non gardé. Personnel agréable.

Camera pulita, area wellness ottimamente equipaggiata.Piscina un po' piccolina ma vista impagabile. Ottimo buffet e servizio.

Great place, very clean, safe and quiet it is a little further from down town about a 10 minute drive but it’s a beautiful hotel

La cosa che non ho gradito è scoprire solo una volta arrivata in hotel che la cena nella mezza pensione era a buffet. A causa di personale ridotto in sala,i piatti utilizzati per il primo rimanevano sul tavolo mentre avevamo già preso la seconda portata. Inoltre l'area giochi è molto piccola e poco fornita. Per il resto personale cortese e molto.disponibile,location spettacolare ai piedi del Monte Bianco. Stanze grandi e molto pulite.
