ザ シドニー ホテル

コンベンションセンターで学会があったので利用。コンベンションセンターまで歩くと20分はかかるので少し不便。ホテル自体は綺麗で問題ないが、近くにスーパーやレストランはほとんどゼロなので、Uberを呼ぶか、徒歩で市内まで30分歩いて行く必要がある。

ダウンタウンからは少し離れていますが綺麗なホテルで従業員さんも素晴らしい方でした。

ビジネス客中心のようで、クリスマス時期は特別価格でしたが、部屋はデザインもよく清潔で、家族に大好評でした。レストランが休業していたのは仕方ないと思いました。

O Hotel é bem confortável, mas o atendimento é péssimo. Tive um problema com a fechadura do meu quarto. Durante mais de 20 minutos o próprio funcionário do hotel não conseguiu abri-la. Depois de dezenas de tentativas, consegui entrar no quarto, mas não podia sair, sob risco de não conseguir entrar. Tive que reclamar diversas vezes para que o problema tivesse uma solução. A má vontade do recepcionista, o homem que integrava a equipe, era evidente. Depois de duas horas e meia, e várias reclamações, o meu quarto foi trocado. A comunicar, o tal funcionário parecia que estava me fazendo um favor. Não houve nenhuma explicação ou pedido de desculpas pelo staff. Foi, sem dúvida, o pior hotel em que já estive. Para piorar, os elevadores apresentavam falhas, aparavam nos andares mas os luminosos faziam indicações erradas. Não ajudou haver uma equipe de adolescentes hospedados que brincavam de apertar todos os andares sob a vista complacente do staff.

우리가 아는 그런 호텔이예요. 특별히 개선할 사항은 없어요. 가격이 좀 비싼 편이다.

Nice and clean hotel

The personnel was so great, they cleary like their job and have built a service culture. Great parking and easy to get location. Facilities are outstanding.

We booked for 4 days family of 3 . We were given 2 single beds and a sofabed.however we booked a double bed and a single bed . Even though we were 3 adults we onky were given for 2 people towels and bath services everyday for 4 days and we kept have to ask everyday for an extra towel bought our own bath products.

We were dissapointed that the pool was closed as out of season & the restaurant was closed on the friday and Saturday evenings during our stay , this was not mentioned anywhere when booking. Nor informed after the fact. We stayed at this hotel last year and were impressed with everything, especially the restaurant so this was our main reason of choosing this venue for our stay again. This time we stayed, the room we were allocated faced the carpark so it was louder at night due to other events going on at the hotel. The AC in the room was also not as good as our last stay as it hadnt been updated. Overall staff were great. Dinner (when available) was superb. Sleep was disturbed on friday and saturday evenings though due to other guests being noisy when leaving in the car park.

Ingen frukt och grönsaker vilket är ett minus.

Hotel mit freundlichem Service und Empfang. Zimmer und sonstiges Hotel Blitze sauber. Frühstück italienisch und europäisch mit sehr guter Auswahl. Kostenloses Parken. Einzig die Lage ist suboptimal. Sonst gerne wieder

Pool Close to city and airport

Personnel très sympa, attention à la propreté extérieur ! Dommage pour l’état de la salle de bain des chambres avec des joints moisi. Excellent restaurant : choix et prix excellent ! Attention tout de même au rapport qualité prix de la chambre est beaucoup trop élevée

The staff was awesome. The room was excellent, including the breakfast. The hotel also features a pool, which contributed to its overall rating.

Super piscine pour les jeunes ! Elle est grande et une partie profonde.

I liked the pool and pool area. The room was spaciouus and quiet.

Flot hotel med gode og rummelig værelser. Dejlig morgen mad. Fantastisk pool område. Restauranten havde meget lækker mad til fornuftige priser. Gode parkerings muligheder. Hotellet ligger tæt ved motorvejen så hurtigt at komme til og fra.

Très bel hôtel. Jolie chambre, bien équipée, propre. piscine et terrasse top. Mais le restaurant n’est pas à la hauteur de l’établissement.
