We decided to stay here for a couple of days after flying into Italy.
We arrived late but the staff made us welcome and helped with all our bags.
The room, in the main villa, was wonderful. The grounds, pool and breakfast were great.
We had not booked at the restaurant the second night but they provided us with dinner in the villa as a ‘take out’ which saved us from having to find a restaurant after a long day visiting towns.
We plan to stay here again next time we visit Tuscany
Casa Mei is their restaurant. Book a table in advance as it’s a very popular local restaurant!

チェックアウトが早朝になる事とタクシーを頼んでおいたのに、朝フロントに行くと誰もいなかった。そのため電車に乗り遅れ、予約していた切符が無駄になり、再度購入した。最終日だったので飛行機にも乗り遅れる可能性もあった。

We had a good stay, stayed 4 people in a suite for 3 nights. It was a bit small for 4 people with lots of luggage, and faceing a noisy road (not good for light sleepers such as myself). The staff was really nice and it felt safe. Really close by all the attractions, we could walk everywhere.
The courtyard is nice, but the street noisy.

Lovely traditional hotel a short walk from the tower. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Our flight was cancelled late and night and thankfully the hotel had rooms available and were able to arrange 2 rooms for us very quickly at 1am. We couldn't have asked for better service - highly recommended.

Location was very excellnt for tourist sites.
Wifi was fast and reliable. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly particularly Marta who was just fantastic! Breakfast was good but variety and could be improved. Our room had a large balcony which was extremely useful. Snacks were provided eg toasted sandwich as room service but variety and quality could be improved. A nice hotel to stay at.
