国際会議のため宿泊。コンファレンス会場にも近く、街中にあり、とても便利でした。レストランとホテルの両方を経営されていますが、表通りからはレストランの名前で探さないと分かりにくい。（ホテルの名前と違う）スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで分かりやすく何度も説明してくれる。シャワーのお湯の出が悪く、しばらく出し続けないとお湯にならなかったのがちょっとマイナスポイント。

Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen, eine große Auswahl, alles frisch, reichhaltig und sehr lecker. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Ich habe mich während meines gesamten Aufenthalts rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls ideal: In unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hafen gelegen und nur wenige Meter von zahlreichen Restaurants und Lokalen entfernt.

La struttura è gestita in maniera impeccabile, dalla gentilezza all'accoglienza alla cordialità e simpatia dei camerieri, alla pulizia delle camere. Servizio Ristorante e colazione ottimo. Sicuramente ci torneremo alla nostra prossima visita a Riva del Garda. Complimenti

A quaint and beautiful hotel in a wonderful part of Italy. Francesca and all the staff were incredibly accommodating and couldn’t have done more to make us feel welcome. We will definitely stay here again when next in Riva del Garda.

Wow, where to start! Riva is a BEAUTIFUL place and this hotel is so well situated, it makes everything so easy to access by foot. Lots of amenities and restaurants nearby, but the hotel is quiet and peaceful! The person who greeted us (Francesca) is a wonderful, sweet person and she made us feel welcome from the second we walked in the door. The room had absolutely everything we needed, and the air conditioning was as cold as mid-winter in Montreal (a good thing in this case). There are extra blankets and pillows just in case you need a little bit of everything. The hotel itself is very German and the restaurant made me one of the best meals I’ve eaten in a long time. Excellent, quick service and delicious Bavarian beer. What more can I say? If you’re looking for a beautiful, quaint, cozy, comfortable hotel, do yourself a favour and book here immediately.

Ottimo hotel in pieno centro e a due passi dalle attrazioni di Riva. Staff gentilissimo.

Wir haben uns im Vittoria sehr willkomen gefühlt. Paulo, der Chef hatte uns persönlich empfangen und sich Zeit für unsere Fragen rund und Riva genommen. Das Hotel liegt in einer Fußgängerzone, wo man mit dem Auto nicht hineinfahren darf, was hier allerdings nicht das Problem war, da Paulo unser Kennzeichen direkt an die örtliche Polizeibehörde weitergab, damit wir als Hotelbesucher hier kein Bußgeld zugestellt bekommen. Unser Zimmer war etwas klein, allerdings super sauber. Das Personal war super freundlich und das Klima sehr familiär. Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel defintiv weiterempfehlen und würde hier auch wieder einchecken bei meinem nächsten besuch in Riva.

Good location very helpful staff rooms where good and clean you will not be disappointed with this hotel

The hotel is in town centrum, so you can reach every place walking or with the bicycle. The staff was really gent and friendly. The building and the facilities are no newest, but it is clean and comfortable. We stay in hotel with family and the kids as well as the adults was fine.

The hotel is clean and in a ideal location. There is a restaurant in the hotel however it is very sound proof so we couldn't hear it at all. We ate at the restaurant as well it is very good especially the steak. The breakfast is good, there is cold bread and cereals and you can also pick from the menu what hot food you would like. The staff are all very friendly as well. The only thing I didn't like was the air-conditioning, it was not powerful enough for me however I am a very hot person and my girlfriend thought it worked well.

Hotel comodo e pulito, ottimo servizio di accoglienza. Posizione strategica per raggiungere tutte le zone di Riva del Garda. Perfetta anche la colazione con un servizio gentile e veloce.

sono stato con mia moglie e ci siamo trovati molto bene, camera comoda e confortevole, pulita ed ampia, personale cortese e molto disponibile, comodo da raggiungere con parcheggio sia gratuito che a pagamento molto vicini

Stayed here for 2 nights & had a pleasant time. Paola, Francesca &team were very helpful & efficient. The hotel is in a central location-close to the shops. The room was clean & functional but had limited space. Breakfast was good &hot food was cooked to order. The restaurant below serves good food at reasonable prices. A boat trip on the Lake is a must but you can also get a bus which goes as far as Garda town. The views are spectacular. 6km is a town called Arco which is well worth a visit which has a market on a Wednesday.

Hotel ist für Kurzaufenthalt ideal, da in zentraler Lage im Ort. Kurze Entfernungen zum See und Parkmöglichkeit in fussläufiger Entfernung.
