Historic building on the edge of the old town, a huge bedroom with painted ceiling, friendly staff and easy parking

I did not like the poor air conditioning , the small soaps and the fact there was no clock or phone to call front desk.

Very walkable distance from train station, and Piazza Grande which has lots of options for shopping and dining. Hotel is very rustic and charming

Great hotel in the center of this wonderdul Tuscan small town. Very friendly staff, modern, our car was parked, € 22,- /day.

I had a wonderful time at the hotel. I arrived early and just expected to drop my bags, but they checked me in early and got me to the room. It was spacious, very much in style of the historic area, yet had lots of outlets for easy computer use and phone charging. It was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect--easy to get to from the train station and then to explore Arezzo and their wonderful museums and churches. A lovely time, and I will definitely stay here again when staying in Arezzo. Only negative--I couldn't figure out the rather complex shower! But it looks like it would be a great one.

Tæt på både station og city. Lidt ældre hotel men med fine værelser i klassisk stil og lækreste, restaureret møbler. Vi fik opgradering i receptionen - og tak for det. Vores værelse havde den vildeste badekarret.

I really liked the proximity to the train station and the many dining options. The breakfast options were fantastic, and the service of most of the staff was great. The one thing that bothered me some was the loud music late at night from the nearby bars. My daughter and I were there over the Antique market weekend.

Personnel courtois et attentif. Notre chambre était magnifique.

Morgenmaden var kedelig. Men ellers var alt fint.

The location! The big bedrooms and the awesome bathrooms! Very nice staff 👍. 9/10

The staff was great. The room was nice but had some idiosyncrasies. The bathroom light was two rooms away. Didn’t discover that until the 2nd day. No hot water in the shower. The staff let us use another room to shower though. The area around the hotel looks a little sketchy. Most restaurants were closed during our time there.

Very good location down the street from the train station (walkable). Staff very nice! The place is very dated and it was noisy at night as my room faced the street.

Nice hotel and staff

L'hotel è sicuramente in una zona centrale e ben popolata, presenta però alcune cose che per me sono però importanti. 1. l'impossibilità di regolare autonomamente il clima in camera: abbiamo letteralmente patito il caldo tutta la notte nonostante le finestre aperte. 2. Il letto era abbastanza comodo, ma i cuscini praticamente inesistenti e ciò - unito ad una testiera del letto rigida in legno- non ha favorito sicuramente il sonno. 3. Il frigo bar era rotto o non funzionante, non consentendoci ne di usufruire di bevande già fresche ne di poter rinfrescare le nostre. 4. C'era un solo rotolo di carta igienica in bagno, non nuovo. Sebbene siamo rimasti una sola notte, sarebbe stato carino averne più di uno. Nota molto positiva è però il servizio di accoglienza. Sia in fase di check in che di check out abbiamo incontrato due persone splendide, che hanno saputo fornirci tutte le informazioni necessarie per vivere al meglio la nostra visita ad Arezzo.

Overall excellent hotel.
