The location of the accommodation was very nice. Although I had booked a room with a sea view, I was told that we were only given this room out of kindness. The breakfast situation was disastrous. As we had only booked breakfast, we were also treated like second class people. We weren't allocated a fixed table all day and had to beg for a table every morning. You could feel the separation of the guests in every situation. Some were only allowed to eat their meals in a certain place, others were not allowed to lie in the front row on the beach, etc.. It was an absolute discomfort factor that ran through the entire stay. Although the location was fantastic, we won't be coming back.

For the price this is a great place to stay. Half board gets you a buffet breakfast and dinner. Pools were nice, but the music was too loud starting at 4pm. They need to clean the bathrooms better, the tile grout lines in the shower had thick grime on them and the shower floor was slippery.

Avoid at all cost. Not a place u can relax. There is a party from 9pm until midnight. They use big speakers outdoor and very very loud. I took the photo of 9 ppl on the ground and partying without respecting the guests who are about to rest in their rooms. We could not sleep until that loud music stopped at midnight. I don’t understand why they do it coz literally there is very very few ppl who stays late. Majority want to rest. They can turn the volume down around 10 pm but the music continues very very loud. I asked reception and they can’t do anything until midnight. They have no respect for the guests who want to relax and enjoy their holidays. Hotel booking website should delist this type of property. It s not what we paid to get this kind of experience. Avoid avoid avoid this place.

Beautiful property, accommodating And friendly staff, nice meals, clean room, Frequent tram circles the resort, and convenient drive to airport.

Wir haben einige Hotels in Sardinien besucht, diese Unterkunft war mit Abstand die Schlechteste. Angefangen beim defekten Türknopf bis zur defekten Schiebetür am Balkon, welche sich nicht mehr schließen ließ. Das Badezimmer war bei der Ankunft nicht sauber und beim Duschen musste man acht geben, das man sich nicht beim defekten Abfluss verletzt. Die Toilette ließ sich nicht einmal abstellen. Bei der Zimmerreinigung wurden nicht mal die Müllsacke getauscht. (Sehr nachhaltig) Beim Buffet war die Qualität in Ordnung, jedoch war das komplette Essen immer kalt. Für einen guten Kaffe am Morgen musste man sich 10 Minuten anstellen. (Dieser eine Mitarbeiter war auch der einzig freundliche). Die Organisation im Restaurant wirklich katastrophal! Das positive war der wunderschöne Strand. Preis-Leistung absolut daneben.

L acceuilante a la reception très desagreable a arrivée, limite agressive. Organisation compliquer a l'hotel, avec du non sense. Exemple nous sommes alles a la plage en fin de journee, avec mon enfsnt en bas age qui voulais houer dans le sable a la mer. Nois pouviions pas s assoire dans les deux premiers rangees ( malgre ils étiez vides) car nous avions pas de pass VOI. a la reception on nous avez pas parler de ca. Aufrement je l aurai ptre acheter. Pareille pour le restaurant , pas possible de manger avec une belle vue, mais en arrivant on nois a pas preciser cela.

Das Hotel hat sehr viel potenzial strand und strandservice perfekt 10 von 10 Punkten. Leider waren die Kellner am Morgenbuffet sehr demotiviert und überfordert. Man musste für einen Kaffee kämpfen. Animateure sind dafür super und haben unseren Aufenthalt verschönert. Auch die Kellner am Abendbuffet waren super. Das Zimmer roch leider aus dem Bad nicht so gut und auch sonstige Sauberkeit des Zimmer würde besser gehen. Trotz allem hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt

Hotel has beach access but hard to find a free umbrella (unless you pay for their VOI+ service), so ended up going to different beaches on the island. They have a VOI+ service which allows you to stay in the closest lines of umbrellas at the beach, you need to pay extra about 25€/day but this isn't advertised on Hcom hotel description or website. Since it's very hard to get an umbrella at the beach (even though there are free umbrellas at first row), I was told that I couldn't get one so had to stay in the sun. Other families had to drag some seats and stay under a tree nearby! Also you can't join this service on the beach so you have to walk all the way to reception if you'd like to activate it. This is a cheap hotel tactic, all expenses should be disclosed upfront on Hotels.com site or upon checking in the hotel. When i purchased the room I was under the impression I had access to the beach and the chairs, I think it should be made explicit that first row is not included and is extra. Also when I checked in this info wasn’t provided. It’s not about the money but having a secret obscure service when all the beach seats are free sounds like a cheap hotel trying to make some extra money. Also the beds advertised as double beds are actually two small single beds put together, which would come apart in the middle of the night. Cleaning team would also often forget to replace toilet paper, and leave balcony door unlocked (!!).

Hotel need to update in room iPhone charger on the wall. 4* resort like this must have this important charging device for their international travelers who is new to the country and doesn’t know which plug they use. Also, the lack of short staff at the restaurant make our waiting time for our meals to be ridiculously long.. Please hire more staff.

Hotel muy bien ubicdo, bonita playa, muchas activifñddes par hacer en el hotel. El hotel esta viejo, toallas casi rotas. Falta renovacion havitaciones. La comida bien pero el comedor es masificdo y ruidoso . Luces blancas parece un hospital y algunas separaciones para que no este tsn madificado. No abren la terraza con la vista que tienen. Falta calidez

Wir haben unsere Beiden Computer im Hotel vergessen. Es ist fast unmöglich das Hotel telefonisch zu erreichen. Wir sind sehr besorgt, dass wir unsere PCs nicht mehr bekommen

Bel endroit. Quelques points d amélioration ; service de restauration (buffet) un peu désorganisé et pas toujours très souriant, chambre simple mais jolie dans laquelle qq réparations auraient été nécessaires. Sinon les animations sont sympas, mais destinées exclusivement aux enfants (ou presque).

The structure and its services are just poor. So is customer services.

Abbiamo soggiornato 10 giorni a luglio. La stanza era ben tenuta apparte un problema con il phone (segnalato e mai sistemato del tutto). Va segnalato inoltre che bisognerebbe essere un po’ più scrupolosi nelle pulizie giornaliere. La nostra stanza era vicina all’anfiteatro e fino alla 24 si sentiva molto rumore. I servizi proposti (gite in barca) ci sono piaciute e il personale è stato molto cordiale e professionale. Non abbiamo avuto modo di seguire l’animazione ma gli animatori ci sono sembrati non invadenti. Il ristorante è l’aspetto che meno ci ha convinto in quanto il cibo era tutto freddo e mai cucinato al momento, inoltre alcuni camerieri sono risultati poco cortesi. La spiaggia è ben tenuta con un buon numero di lettini a disposizione. La location nel complesso si trova in un buon punto se si vuole visitare (con la propria auto) le spiagge più belle che si trovano nei dintorni.
