Mould in bathroom and bedroom. Food was dismal, paper cups for drinks!!! Just don't bother, overprice

Housekeeping, Gärtner, Animationsteam top. Service und Reception teilweise nicht sehr motiviert und nicht sehr hilfsbereit. Sehr schöne Anlage direkt am Strand. Essen war gut und abwechslungsreich.

Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Dock behöver rummen renoveras för att hålla den standarden man förväntar av ett 4-stjärnigt hotell. Det första rummet vi fick stank mögel och avlopp. Personalen var hjälpsam och hjälpte till med att ordna ett nytt rum.

Disappointing Stay – Definitely Not a True 4-Star Resort We have just returned from a 6-night stay at VOI Colonna Village in Sardinia. We were three families traveling together, and unfortunately, we were all disappointed by several aspects of this hotel. The biggest issue is that this is simply not a true 4-star resort. The rooms are outdated and poorly maintained. Ours was not properly cleaned upon arrival. We found an ant nest on the ceiling, dead mosquitoes stuck to the ceiling, mold in the shower, and no balcony. Instead of a pleasant view, we overlooked trash, coffee cups, plastic bags, and old clothes. We have photos of everything. We were assigned a room in Building 1000, which is in a poor location directly facing the staff working area. It was noisy and far from what we expected when booking months in advance. While some staff members were friendly and helpful, others made us feel unwelcome because we didn’t speak Italian. We definitely noticed a difference in how foreign guests were treated. There were also several unexpected extra charges. You must leave a deposit for the room safe, another deposit for beach towels, and if you want to replace your towel during your stay, you have to pay an additional fee. Charging guests to change towels at a 4-star all-inclusive resort is disappointing. The shuttle to the beach is infrequent, so be prepared to wait or walk about 30 minutes back to your room. Hotel tout inclus situé dans une plage paradisiaque du Golf Aranci. Les personnes à l'accueil ne sont pas très sympatiques. Déjeuner et souper avec très bon choix

VOI är som en resort. Privat strandremsa med parasoll och solsäng inkluderat. En öppen minibuss som kör runt under dagen och hämtar och lämnar en på stranden eller vid sitt rum. Stor frukostbuffé, men även italienskinspirerad kvällsbuffé där ingen går hungrig ifrån. Varje dag vid fasta tider erbjuds vattengympa i havet, yoga vid poolområdet, små fotbolls- och vollybollturneringar, tennisbanor och mycket mer. Hela resorten ligger lite avskiljt från allt, ca 15 minuter från Olbia stad. Det finns inga affärer eller promenadstråk, utan antingen stannar man på resorten eller så får man hyra bil för att se mer av ön. Hotellet erbjuder utflykter som säljs vid receptionsområdet. Byggnaderna är ganska omoderna, men städningen var utmärkt. Det fanns AC som fungerade. Personalen var extremt hjälpsamma och trevliga, men många av dem hade väldigt bristfällig engelska, vilket gjorde viss kontakt svår.

Do NOT stay here if you’re expecting any sort of mid to upscale hotel rooms. The rooms were outdated, bare bones with metal beds reminiscent of a hostel. Back of toilet was broken. Air conditioning was rattling the whole night. The grounds were poorly maintained with dead grass everywhere. Breakfast was literally cafeteria style. They claim 4 star, this is no more than a 2 star hotel. To top it off, they charged 2 euros per towel to give us fresh beach towels (after taking a 40 euro cash deposit for the towels) - nickel and dime. The only reason we landed at this hotel was because we decided to make a last minute change in locations and this was the only hotel that had a room available. It’s a shame because the property has great views, beach access and a decent pool. Only if they invested in upgrading their rooms and grounds anytime in the past 20 years.

dont get me wrong we had a lovely time and the hotel is in a great location. Overall site is big with lovely pools and also private beach. Our room was decent, did the job but I know others had room problems. For me the two big problems! 1. Restaurant rules and constant cold food. Badly managed like no plates, no food like fruit etc. Managers need to make sure all stations are monitored. Also queues which is down to lack of choice. Every morning, cold eggs and bacon. Its not difficult. 2. wristband rules. So many colours and if you dont have a certain wristband you cant have your dinner in the sitting area with more of a view. I think this is ridiculous. In all my holidays this is the ONLY place that adopts these stupid rules 3. The entertainment is very kid centric. Yes families are there but also couples. No adult level entertainment like a good singer, a band or performer!. The performances were very poor indeed aside from this, its a lovely location but correcting the above will get this hotel and its ratings to the next level.

What a nice place. Seemed very popular for local Italians also which was the majority of the guests. Stunning views of the sea and a great private beach. It is on a hill so be prepared to get your steps in walking up and down to various areas. But they do provide a shuttle which is great. Crystal clear water at the beach and the pools were terrific also. Staff super helpful.

We loved our stay! We booked the superior ocean view at the beach hotel and it was amazing. Their private beach was perfect and day/evening trips to La Maddalena and Porto Cervo were within an hour reach with car. We would love to come back!

The location was amazing. The beach views are unbeatable. This was some of the clearest water we have ever seen. However, the hotel is a bit older with some wear and tear. The rooms could have been a little more clean. Our AC unit was not working and the maintenance person said there was not much he could do, so they brought us fans. Also, important to note, there is loud music/karaoke party every night starting at 9pm and ending around midnight. Even with ear plugs in, we could still hear the music from our room, which made it difficult to sleep.

The property was situated on a beautiful beach. The resort itself is a little old, but maintained well. It was early season, so we had a few issues when asking questions from staff members and getting different answers every time. All, in all this hotel is on an amazing beach.

Wir waren eigentlich sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt im VIO. Es war sauber, tolle Poolanlagen, super schöner Strand und meist freundliches Personal. Warum wir keine vollen Punkte gegeben haben ist, dass es an der Bar unserer Meinung nach willkürliche Preise genommen werden. Es liegen auch keine Preise aus. Wir haben uns dann an der Rezeption beschwert da wir am zweiten Abend für fast die gleichen Getränke 20€ mehr bezahlen sollten. Wir haben dann gratis Getränke an der Bar bekommen Aber der bittere Beigeschmack bleibt.

Questo ampio resort ha chiaramente visto giorni migliori, ed è un peccato perché la posizione è davvero ottima. La vista su Golfo Aranci e sull'isola di Tavolara è stupenda. Purtroppo sia le camere che le aree comuni sono piuttosto datate e necessiterebbero di una ristrutturazione. La camera "classic" è nel complesso appena accettabile: la terrazza è spaziosa ma arredata in modo molto essenziale, i servizi sono basilari, e l'aria condizionata funziona solo a un'impostazione fissa e piuttosto rumorosa, con manopole di regolazione non funzionanti. In camera non erano presenti né bollitore né tè o caffè. Sebbene fossero fornite tre bottiglie d'acqua, il frigorifero era scollegato e ho dovuto allacciarlo personalmente. Anche il telecomando della TV non funzionava, probabilmente per le batterie scariche: l'ho segnalato agli inservienti, ma nessuno è intervenuto. Le finestre sono prive di zanzariere e, all'arrivo, la camera era infestata da formiche. Un addetto è intervenuto subito con uno spray, ma il problema, in forma minore, è persistito per tutto il soggiorno. Il box doccia era inizialmente privo di tenda, installata solo il secondo giorno, vecchia e macchiata. A colazione, durante la fila per il caffè, sono stato ripetutamente invitato a spostarmi da un addetto che trasportava parti di una macchina in modo che ho trovato poco cortese. Nel complesso, il resort avrebbe un enorme potenziale grazie alla sua posizione, ma gli standard attuali non sono all'altezza.

Hotellet var som sådan fint - sengene var dog alt for hårde, og det gjorde at man ikke sov ordentligt og maden i restauranten om aftenen var ikke særlig god. Vi havde valgt et værelse med havudsigt, det trak godt op.

The most horrible travel experience I’ve ever had 8 of us planned this trip together as family reunion The rooms were so moldy and dirty that my brother and his fiancé had to leave before midnight they couldn’t even sleep in the room. The mold smell made them so sick. My personal room of the other three had the mold, but not as bad as the other two so my daughter-in-law and my two grandchildren and my friend we all slept in my room Prior to this, we all went to the front desk to describe our problem and a room attendant with a bottle of Febreze came to spray the room. How is it supposed to kill the mold? We went back to the front desk again, explaining our concerns with the mold and they said they’ve already upgraded us. This is not true. Our room has not been moved. The dining experience is hard to find the words, the lunch menu, which looked lovely. We all went to order our lunch and they were told they only have pizza available then we went to order cocktails and then we’re told they don’t have the ingredients to fix multiple bar requests After still trying to change our rooms, we thought well let’s go to dinner. Only a buffet was available. The food was cold. The meat was dry bugs in her water. Glasses, disgusting is the only word I can think of. I have never seen such a lack of concern for your This is definitely not a property I could ever recommend I’ve been in the hotel business many many years and this was an experience.
