Nice quiet vacation spot

Great place to stay to spend time at the blue lagoon and frenchmans cove. Clean , comfy and friendly. Its not luxury but its a perfect little stay to see the local area. My partner and I had dinner and breakfast on the terrace which was lovely. Spray bug if outside - its the only place we travelled to in Jamaica i came away with some bites. Deffo worth a stay!

A localização é perto das principais atrações turísticas, porém, longe do comércio. E a hospedagem não é aconselhável para quem procura um hotel, está mais para um hostel. Não se pode andar calçado nas áreas internas, inexiste frigobar e não há arrumação de quarto. Além do barulho provocado pelo hotel que fica em frente. E ainda tivemos problemas com hóspedes que caluniosamente nos acusaram de pegar cervejas na prateleira deles na geladeira coletiva.

A lovely place to stay and an incredibly friendly team. The views from the the veranda are incredible and so relaxing! My favourite part was the communal kitchen where guests can meet and chat.

Perfect get away

The property was nice, excellent location, friendly staff including the owner. Very clean and everyone was helpful. Amazing view! Would stay there again!

Lovely property with lovely staff. Only inconvenience was that theres not a lot of options to eat out.

Great property in the remote and rural Breakfast had to be preordered from the night before so the staff can make preparations in the morning.The host was very gracious and welcoming, he explained all the necessities upon arrival. Host also explained that he took over the property a few months ago and was still familiarizing and learning with the staff. I anticipate that he will look to implement a few changes in and around the property to make it more modern for guests. Orherwise, it was peaceful and one will feel engulfed in nature and beautiful scenery as wll as the excellent views of the ocean and river that was close by. The staff on-sight are very warm and willing to assist with your needs. Only take away is that the host shouod allow guests to be able to order meals such as lunch or dinner same day instead of a preorder. The menu is simple enough to be able to take a day- of order. The experience was not so bad but in general amenities are way too old, especially in the bathroom where our shower was really not acceptable.

Love it definitely would stay there again

Super séjour de deux nuits ! Lieux paisible, spacieux, belle vue sur la mer et la nature ! Chambre grande, très propre et lit confortable ! Les repas proposés sont très bien cuisinés par des chefs qui viennent à la maison matin/midi et soir. Les repas du soir sont incroyablement bon en particulier le poisson du jour ! Nous pouvons manger où nous souhaitons dans la maison ! Ils nous apportent le repas. L’équipe de la maison d’hôte sont très gentils respectueux, à l’écoute et arrangeant ! Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel si vous cherchez un petit endroit sécuritaire, calme et reposant sur la côte nord est ! La surprise : accès à une petite plage gratuite en bas de l’hôtel qui donne sur une petite baie très calme et reposante.

Was good value for money. The beaches around are great

The stay was good. (With the exception of the tropical storm that ruined some of our plans. All mother nature and nothing to do with the property.) A few things can be updated in and around the property but all in all, it was a good stay. I would probably recommend to a few friends for when they head east. Property location gives easy access to main Portland offerings with a feeling of safety as well.

The property was cute but I think it needs to be a bit clearer that the rooms with the amazing views require a LOT of stairs. Not just two or 3 levels but a lot. The place was very clean. The pre-arrival service was exceptional. Giving directions to the place was extremely helpful. The check in upon arrival was also great. I did not like to have to take my shoes off. It felt unnecessary and was a major inconvenience. I didn't know about it until after I booked. Overall, it was fine.

The property is beautiful, it feels like home. The only issue I have is that we forgot our speaker charging onto the wall and the staff told us that they didn’t find it.
