Break was so small for the tone load of money they charge ...staff excellent rooms were clean everything was in walking distance beaches. Taxis dining areas. Loved it

The customer service exhibited by the receptionists on our arrival and departure was par excellance
The waitress who served us breakfast was v nice friendly and polite. We chose to have a Jamaican breakfast that was artisically arranged,the taste was exquisite but so much food we could not finish it!!!!
The room was aesthically pleasing comfortable and clean

宿泊代が高いモンテゴベイではリーズナブルなホテルです。従業員は親切で、気持ちがよいです。ただ、施設は古く、お世辞にも綺麗とは言えません。ビーチは通りを挟んで反対側で、ホテルからは少し歩きます。ただローカルなビーチで、あまり綺麗ではありません。

The room was okay great customer service. I stayed there during Melissa. I when there on a Monday then everything went downhill cause of Melissa. The building suffered damages and needs to be repaired

Stayed 10/6-10/12. Room was clean and amazing a/c. They have the best taxi mon. Big up to Box! It’s right on the hip strip.

It was close to the town. The room was decent. The treatment at the dining room extremely horrible the Jamaican breakfast poor choice and quality. For 15.00 1 small fried dumpling, small green banana and teaspoon of callaloo or salt mackerel. Tea was so small and cold. The service lacked enthusiasm. asked for a second cup of tea and was told you have to pay for it. Better off getting your breakfast elsewhere. This place use to be better and quality of food and portion better stay away from ALTAMONTE WEST

I had a decent room and good check-in experience. Parking was a challenge at one point but if you arrive early you might get a good spot. There’s a club next door so expect the sound to travel a bit and share the additional parking with the patrons. The restaurant was closed for dinner so I had to eat off property. They did however offer breakfast, included in the cost. Overall I slept comfortably.

Got in from clubbing at 2pm and was locked out of the hotel for an hour because the security was sleeping and no front desk staff was on duty. Untrained staff, zero apologies.

This place was perfect. We wanted a not so expensive room for an overnight stay. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very satisfying and not at all costly. The beach is across the street and souvenir shopping was a short walk. Just be careful crossing the street.

The only thing that was okay was the room. The luxury room was in fact that for Jamaican standards of course but the service at the front desk was always unprofessional, incompetent & indecent/unfair- TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, every time & the food wasn't consistently good due to different chefs & not everyone working in the restaurant is competent or professional. I would not recommend this property to anyone who believes in receiving outstanding customer service but to each it's own & the way I look- FLAWLESS & high standards, the unnecessary, consistent IGNORANCE I discriminatorily received is power for the course.
