My stay was ok. I was disappointed in room with I paid for 180 for upgrade. The room was very run down and dirty also the air conditioning was not working at night.

The property was lovely. The has a lot of activities and the food was good.

My stay at Dreams was delightful and I highly recommend. The room was spotless and the service was great. Everyone there was polite and welcoming making my stay there comfortable. Although we booked excursions , there was so many things to participate in at the hotel. I really had a great time and can’t wait to go back. The food was good and they even had a coffee shop that served several flavors to indulged in. My trip was definitely a 10 out of 10!

The place was terrible and the people are very rude . I paid for ocean front room and I was given a pool view. Also for the 5 days there was only 1 elevator working .

I typically do not leave such bad reviews, and would take it up with the business instead. In this case, I took my issues up with the business & they are telling me this does not warrant remediation. You can be the judge of that. -The lights went out for 30 minutes causing me to have to discard my breastmilk which my infant relies on. As you can imagine, being in a different country, this was very scary. -There were bugs in my bathroom, multiple times. I have them in videos and pictures which I shared with customer service. -The 2 main restaurants on site were closed on Saturday and Sunday of our visit. -The rooms and grounds of the hotel were very unkept. I have pictures of the chipped headboard in our room. Pictures of holes in the wall in the common areas. All in all, I do not recommend staying here.

The rooms were not quite what I expected compared to the website and one of my rooms had a slight odor. Overall, the resort was beautiful, the food was good, and the staff were amazing!

This hotel was nice mostly clean

Had a great vacation at one of my favourite resort. Very clean property, food was very good snd staff very friendly and helpful especially Jermaine and Oshane from Fresh buffet. They boast one of the best jerk hut with professional and friendly staff. I will certainly be going back

The property recently was purchased by Hyatt. Needs a little upgrading. Only had one wlevator working all week but it was fixed on my last day. We lost power for about 15 min one night. But overall the property has a lot to offer. Foid was good. Dtinks were good. They had entertainment every night. Once the new owners put thier spin on it it will be 4 stars

Definitely definitely 10 stars staff was amazing

Staff is very friendly

The property is under renovation a lot noise unorganized. When under new management that’s what some people say. I would never look at a resort this under renovation too much noise. Had to wait in line to check in when I got there at least a hour and a half commute. Computers wasn’t working right they was using paper never again.

The Staffing was Rude

Overall loved it here plenty of things to eat and do for all ages … but room was not ready at check in time (4pm) had to wait another 55-60 mins

Great food (except the jerk hut was more “tourist jerk” than real), great entertainment, lovely pool areas and spa. The Rum Factory restaurant and served Julia deserve a special recognition. Awesome experience there. The main areas are well kept. The rooms are very clean but need some updating. I have been staying at this hotel for years and will continue to do so

Amazed 1 elevator was out for 3 days which caused long waits; as I was on the 7th floor. It was amazing that with all the great facilities the one topic of everyone’s vacation was the elevator not working and no sense of urgency to get it fixed.

First, I drove to the hotel and passed it because i was not informed that there was a name change. Secondly, google said that Hilton hwas clsed so i was confused. I had to ask someone on the street about a mile away and they told me it was the same hotel. Some serving staff were grumpy, and didn't even smile.

Loved it
