Area outside property walls is very dirty property is located between Montego bay and negril it was very expensive to go anywhere a trip in to montengo bay was $150 and there are places that it's upwards of 350.00 for transportation. Each buffet serves the same thing so not the variety we anticipated

some staff at destination services was very rude, other staff was very friendly, room furniture was broken , wasn’t sanitized before arriving, transportation shuttle during stay wait times was long.

I loved the friendly staff and all the activities that were planned each night.

Staff at the Asian restaurant very disrespectful.

Went to check out the lazy river and there really is just a very large pool but by no means is there a proper lazy river.. very disappointed. Very quiet resort also advertised nightclub but there is not one they play music in the upstairs lounge not the same thing. Most staff was excellent. If you want a quiet place this is it.

The property is absolutely beautiful and kept up very good . The food is absolutely amazing and delicious. I did not have any complaints. The best bar tender are at the pool areas . Jeffrey to name one and Roy. And at the restaurant Ms Carla was awesome . Oh let me not forget about the couples massage my husband was very impressed and that was just his second me ever done . Everyone is friendly and let me give a shout out my girl Moeisha she works with the Travel Club and Shi well that’s what they call him .

The water was perfect. The staff was friendly. The food was great. Our room had cockroaches and the music was blasted until 1:00 am every night.

I had belongings that were taken by an employee of the resort and saw it happen with my own eyes, then they denied it. The maid for the room did not ever leave us towels, restock the fridge like we were told would happen all because we didn’t leave a tip after the second day for the maid services.

We loved our stay at Lady Hamilton. It was our first time in Jamaica and the trip did not disappoint. We stayed as a Signature member and loved our room overlooking the water. The pools, coves and beach were all beautiful and the staff were amazing. Will definitely be coming back!

The customer service was not the best, the female staff were kind of rude. The food in the buffet was not that great and they had no plaintains at all. The steakhouse is amazing, the Japanese restaurant, terrible food and please make your dinner reservations at check in or else they try to give you a hard time.

Great relaxing stay! The rooms were nice, sunset cove was gorgeous and has an excellent area to snorkel to (have to swim out to the white buoy), and the food was delicious especially at the jerk hut.

Love the landscape. And the cozy little coves to think talk and enjoy some Jamaican vibes

All the reviews that you see say very clean. There are so many to confirm it. After being at the property now I know all of them are fake and they had gone on and padded them. Our fist day. The room floor was not clean. You can see where the mop was either dirty or the mop water was dirty as there were streaks and foot prints. Under the bed had not been swept or dusted in a long time. The floor had not been either. There was a pillow with some crusty white stuff on it. The toilet seat didn’t even fit. And it was sliding to the side. The tv didn’t fit in position so it was more of an eye sore. The channel’s on the tv didn’t have a guide or a channel line up. Half of the channels didn’t have sound and the others were in Spanish. The plugs worked off and on and same for the lights. Something electrical was going on in there. The lamp was all old; it looked like early 90’s lamp. It had the cord wrapped around it. And bed was hard and cheap. The buffet didn’t contain anything with fiber except I saw an Apple once. Told us we had to do reservations for the restaurants. But when you went to do that there were no slots. We finally just started walking up asking if they had any openings. Now those places had pretty good food. Our first full day there they schedule a meeting said they wanted to show us the property but what it really was wasn’t that! They wanted to sell us a vacation package just like a timeshare but for limited number of years. Got an attitude when we didn’t bite.

The fact that it had lazy beds in pool where non-swimmers could still enjoy it.

I was not happy with how the outcome of our trip was handled. Our transportation roundtrip from the airport to resort was booked through expedia. We found the lady (Hyacinth) at the resort to help book and confirm our shuttle back to the airport. We arrive that friday to the lobby and checked out on time. We then waited for our shuttle and it did not arrive. We were then forced last minute to pay for a cab (by the same lady hyacinth) - who said to keep the receipt from the cab driver and expedia will reimburse us. Hyacinth claims there was a "glitch in the system" and our shuttle was not booked (though Hyacinth herself was the one who booked our shuttle 2 days prior). Now Hyacinth/grand palladium states expedia has to reimburse us, and expedia is stating to reach out to grand palladium. I'm extremely disappointed as none of this was our fault yet neither party is willing to take responsibility for the error and is making me go back and forth rather than simply reimbursing me. All I am asking is to be reimbursed the cab fare we were forced to spend last minute along with the expedia shuttle service since we didn't even get to use it. It does not seem like an unreasonable ask considering we did everything right on our end.
