レストランのスタッフが数人であるにもかかわらず、ビュッフェスタイルでなく、コンチネンタルブレックファーストが出てくるのに1時間以上待たされた。フェイスタオルとシャンプーがなく不便だった。フロントスタッフも1,2名しかおらず、部屋に案内してもらえず、荷物を持っての部屋探しは大変だった。15時過ぎのチェックインなのに部屋が準備されていなかった。

Room was leaking by door my partner fell over due to the water .. floor wasn’t cleaned .. towels not changed tv not working …

The staff was amazing, good stay for a budget friendly vacation. Property was well kept, clean beach, room and pool.

Breakfast included clean property friendly staff central location to the things that bring me joy in negril but the harassment by the fruit sellers next door was terrible the guy put his lips on my woman and she had to push him off hard . Not ok if I return to this place I hope he won't be a problem for us again

We stayed for 2 nights, staff was great especially the wait staff, Kimesha Brown, she was excellent to the point that we overlooked that she was the only person waiting. Continental breakfast was good, would have loved it if we could have chosen fried egg instead of boiled egg. The view was superb and the pool was great and warm for a night swim. Overall this was a good property but the property really needs to be upgraded, most amenities were outdated, a prime example was the blow dryer, seemed like it was from the 90s and did not work.

I have stayed in 100s of places in Jamaica as I had been traveling there for over 20 years. We left on day 3 of 9 because it’s unsafe to stay here. The room we were in had a sliding glass door that came right off the tracks and literally almost fell on me. You could pop it right out. As a result we felt as if at any point anyone could enter the room Outside on our “patio” there was a massive leak from the pipes which led to a lot of mosquitoes. You had to pay for mini fridge 10 bucks a day if you want to keep anything cold in your room to drink or store leftovers. Beyond one waitress and the guy that works the beach the staff at the front desk were cold and not very friendly. The pool is great The location is great But the rooms are very worn down The TV had a crackling sound so watching anything was unenjoyable … during rain season this would be very disappointing. Understandably the WiFi is spotty due to the hurricane last year I couldn’t Even connect. The breakfast included is terrible so plan to spend 15 bucks per person on an actual breakfast. That being said the food was good. It just isn’t worth the price you are paying. The massages were amazing though so go get one of those even if you aren’t staying there.

Overall, my experience at the resort was excellent. The atmosphere, service, and overall ambiance made for a very enjoyable stay. However, there were a few inconveniences that affected the experience. The water pressure was quite low, and there was no hot water available throughout the entire weekend, which was disappointing. Additionally, the absence of a fridge and microwave in the room made things less convenient than expected. With improvements in these areas, the stay would have been near perfect.

The bar is unfortunately not staffed on a regular basis. One person doing too many things i stead of hiring a bartender and keep it open longer at night. Otherwise staff is always friendly (the Jamaican way) even when being super busy.

The property was clean. The beach was beautiful. But there was no mini refrigerator. That's the only reason we only stayed one night.

Very disappointed. No Wi-Fi was available in the room during the entire stay. We had to sit in the bar or use mobile data. The staff were extremely slow. At breakfast, it took 40 minutes to an hour for someone to come and take our order, another 40 minutes to serve the food, and another 30 minutes to process payment. The card machine did not always work. I paid in cash once and waited 20 minutes for the waitress to bring my change. I had to leave without receiving it because I had a boat waiting for me. In total, it took two hours in the restaurant. This was our third time staying at the hotel, as we liked the less crowded beach compared to other hotels, but it will be our last due to the very poor service throughout the entire stay.

We had a rough 1st week. Checked in on Jan30th. Perhaps still some issues post Hurricane Melissa. Our Block 2 had power issues for 2 days. I sleep with a CPAP and so does my sister and power in our block only, went out at 12:30 at night. An electrician came the next day and fixed the problem but a couple of hours later power was lost again. By this time the resort was running on a generator so every one else had power but our block did not. Thankfully the electrician was called back and had the issue fixed before bedtime. The second week went much better. Generator no longer needed. Also there was a Lady Boss who came the second week, who assessed work needed and we could see work being done around the property.

Rooms are very run down and not clean, continental breakfast was good. Location on seven mile beach is excellent!

No hot water. No towels. Power outage. Restaurant service was horrible. We have stayed here several times and this will probably be our last. We understand that there was a recent hurricane, but that has nothing to do with these issues.

Had a blast will definitely return
