This beautiful beachside hotel was colorful and uniquely designed to bring in a bright and colorful Jamaican inspired welcoming atmosphere. Your greeted by well kept grounds, a small cute koi pond with turtles and a beautiful view of the ocean as you walk toward the large bar/restaurant on the premises. The beach was clean with ample beach chairs and staff was very accommodating. Check-in was easy and the young woman in the office was extremely nice and helpful with any questions we had. The hotel rooms were very clean and spacious. The bathroom was a suitable size but our only suggestion is to add a higher threshold in the shower so the water does not flow over to the rest of the bathroom. Otherwise, it was very comfortable and a small fridge was even provided for us after check-in. The bartenders were pleasant and the food and drinks were very good. My family and I will definitely be back!

Hotelanlage und Zimmer schön und sauber. Direkt am schönen Sandstrand, ruhige Lage, es braucht aber immer ein Taxi für Einkaufen und Essen gehen. Am günstigsten mit Uber. Frühstück ist kostenpflichtig, nicht zu empfehlen da völlig überteuert und Personal nicht sehr freundlich und motiviert. Wir haben dies dem Hotel Management mitgeteilt, hat es nur zur Kenntnis genommen. Daher würden wir das Hotel nicht mehr buchen.

Great location and excellent staff.

We did not actually get there due to a snow storm in Toronto but we have checked this place out in the past and spoke to others whom stayed here and they are very nice people, place is clean and beautiful

A truly homely place with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The food was delicious and clearly made with care. The view was absolutely fabulous—perfect for a relaxing meal or quiet getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, adding to the charm of the experience. It's locally owned and clearly well kept, which gives it a genuine and personal touch. Highly recommended!

Paradise

Very nice location. Room’s okay.

First off this is my 4th different resort in Negril ive stayed. The Resort is nice, clean and safe. Because of the off season it was slow and the bar/kitchen staff showed, no smiles no laughing. Just dead inside really. They were more intrested in talking to each other then helping. So the room was great and close to the ocean. The bed is a bit hard but that's a personal opinion. Water in room was sometimes weak but didn't effect us much. The beach was nice and clean. The lifeguards are the most welcoming. So the food here is hit or miss. But the price's are not. They're is now a food tax and a service fee on all your bills. So plan on spending on avg $75 and up on most meals for two. And then they ask you to tip. The service fee goes to all staff so the service has slacked because of it. Coffee in the mornings here will cost you $5 us. And you have to pay for refills. So we just bought local coffee and requested a coffee maker for our room. They have a snack shop on site but plan on spending alot for very little. If you need a ride into town, walk out tge front and across the street and there will be a taxi that will only charge you a few bucks to go to the store. Don't let them get you a driver!! For dinner we went to Jamwest just down the beach. Its expensive but at least the food and atmosphere are nice. This will probably be my last trip to Jamaica. It seems that everyone you talk to, walk past or even the local stores are just trying to get ever dollar then can.

My stay here was very comfortable very nice. The room was cleaned. Housekeeper was nice.

We loved having the restaurant on property, an ATM machine on property, lots of chairs and space on the beautiful beach, the rooms were large and clean, the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. It's our second visit to the resort and we will be sure to return. It also has the best lobster in town!

The property is very clean and staff are great. The beach and ocean are beautiful The lifeguards who handle setting up beach umbrellas and cushions for chairs are wonderful. They get to know your habits and get things set up very quickly. If you like Reggae music and people watching The Boardwalk Village is right for you. Reggae plays all day and on some days bus loads of visitors come from the cruise ships. Imagine watching grandparent-aged people drink beer and smoke dope.
