Fantastic property and rooms. Very friendly staff, good parking situation. A little further away from central Negril, and no beach access, but Seven Mile is reachable by car. Must be top notch and packed in the busy season. Would stay again.

We stayed at the Cliff Hotel for 4 nights recently and really enjoyed out visit. The property is extremely unique-taking advantage of the beautiful natural landscape on the coastline to enhance the guests' use of the water and land. We saw dolphins and a ray right out front and the sunsets were spectacular. Jumping off the cliff was a real treat and the snorkelling out front was satisfying. The staff are helpful and friendly and we felt well taken care of. The property is quiet and serene, so if you want a party scene go somewhere else. The ladies at the spa are well trained and provide very good treatments. The dishes in restaurant were tasty and portions were reasonable. Yes, of course we will return. Thank you Cliff Hotel Staff!

The property is stunning and the staff is some of the friendliest I’ve met. It’s super quiet so if you’re looking to relax this is definitely the place for you. The chef was outstanding some of the best food we’ve had in Jamaica. Spa services were all good. My only criticism is that the price for food is a bit high and they will charge you for every glass of ice tea or whatever non alcoholic beverages you are drinking. It made a high end stay into a super expensive stay.

O hotel é perfeito. Para quem quer descansar e aproveitar o local recomendo muito. Além da piscina de água doce, há uma piscina com água salgada, simplesmente maravilhosa. O serviço de bar também é muito bom e o restaurante oferece um jantar sensacional.

Excellent getaway for my wife and I. The restaurant is excellent and we enjoyed many different breakfast, lunch and dinner experiences. They had top notch bartenders and we recommend the swim up pool bar with Dino and LT.
We already plan on coming back and bringing friends. This is the best place to stay in Negril!

Its a lovely, peaceful place to stay in Jamaica. Rooms are comfortable all with a water view. Restaurant is excellent. Staff are friendly and resourceful. Looking forward to our third visit next year.

The food could be a little more authentic. But everything else was great. Maybe also advise your guests the service charge on every bill is the tip given to the staff so that your guest does not feel obligated to tip on every bill.

Our 2nd stay at The Cliff was as expected, fantastic! This was the perfect place for the 2 of us to getaway so we could relax and enjoy our 25th anniversary. The spacious, comfortable room and more than adequate bathroom were perfect. Water pressure and temperature were excellent every day and the air conditioning units in both the bedroom and living room were ideal. The staff was always welcoming and willing to assist with any and every request. Bartender LT and dining room attendant Romona really went above and beyond for us. The New Year’s Eve party and fireworks display were such a great time. Looking forward to our 3rd visit.

Great place to stay. It is a bit far from all the actions in Negril and the taxi drivers try to fleece you. They demand exorbitant amounts for even a short drive. Please be mindful of this.
I would kindly request the property to introduce a shuttle facility to at least Seven Mile beach either free of charge or at a reasonable price. This would definitely enhance the customer experience of staying at the Cliff Hotel.
We had a very comfortable stay. Beautiful property and lovely views. Swimming in the ocean going down the ladder off the cliff was really an invigorating experience.
Thank you Kayla at the front desk. You made our life easy. You are superb!
