I’m a solo traveler, stayed for 1 night. The information they provided is very clear to get to the hotel, you can take Tram easily from Hakodate Station and get off right in front of the hotel or walk like I did, it was not that short, it took about 20min for me because I walk and sightseeing at the same time, I would take the tram instead next time. I was impressed by everything they do in this hotel, the reception is just like in a bigger hotel, warm greeting, polite, kind and professional. they even appointed a staff to take you to your room while one the way explaining hotel facilities. I booked the semi private room, the one with sliding doors and I loved it. They looked exactly like in the photos, the room, bed, shower, toilet is super clean and they even provide pajama along with everything you need in the shower. I can ignore there were english-speaking guest were making noises late at night, they were like packing or slightly arguing, not sure, but that is some of the risk of staying in a capsule hotel. There’s Lawson just around the corner and Mcdonald’s not far from the hotel. Too bad I only had 1 night to stay in Hakodate and Capsule Hotel Hakodate, I wish I could stay longer and I definitely would come back to this hotel next time I visit Hakodate
