ホテルパシフィックビュー

ホテルの場所が分かりづらかった。レンタカーが古い日産ノートでホテルの駐車場までの坂道を登るのが大変だった。お風呂は、広くて良かったです。

ラブホテルを改装して旅行客用に改装したホテルの為、室内、浴室は豪華です。TV、ジャグジー付きの浴室はなかなかありません。 連泊しても室内清掃はなし、ゴミや使用済みタオルはエレベーター前に片付け場所があり、自分で片付ける必要があります。セキュリティ、トラブル対応の面もあると思いますが…その為星3。 チェックイン、アウト時の鍵の受け渡しにトラブルがありましたがキチンと対応していただけました。 近くにコンビニがある事と、タクシー運転手おすすめの飲食店も歩いて行ける距離にあるので周りの施設はいいですが、坂がキツいので歩行に不自由がある方にはお勧めしません。1Fからの行き来が分かると多少の楽になります。

部屋が広く景色が良かった

初めての利用で入館時に手間取ってしまったもののスタッフの方に丁寧に対応してもらえた。

快適に過ごすことができましたが、1週間の滞在中では「中日」に無料の清掃が欲しいところです。 また歯ブラシ等も日数分欲しいところです。 見晴らしも良く、浴室も広くて気持ちよく過ごすことができました。

静かで過ごしやすかった。お風呂にジェットバスがあり疲れが取れた。

Parking was okay, but there are no staff present. Checking in was awful and took over 30 minutes. Most of the room amenities weren’t working (spa tub, sana, etc.) The guy working at the restaurant was coughing and sniffling without a mask as he poorly prepped the order and did not know how to process payment with a card. I would give this a 0 star experience. Disappointed. Will not go back.

Ocean was visible from our room

The hotel was nice. The elevator would yell at us pretty frequently which was weird. And the daily refills on towns was nice even though we didnt even get close to using them all.

Burgerbear downstairs was the most memorable thing, couldnt start the day without a snickers shake or a fruit smoothie. the view was beautiful from my room aswell

The view is amazing and has everything for a good price

Everything about this facility was great, the only thing I could complain about is the lack of a laundry facility.

The location is relatively inconvenient and the check-in service is weird. The property didn't send me the online registration link 48 hours before the trip and I had to stand outside the hotel for a long while and contacted Hotels.com and through the property website. At the end, I got the link and checked in after 2 hours as I expected.
