お部屋が綺麗でマックさんも親切でした。夕食の鶏鍋が美味しくお腹いっぱいになりました。

初めベッドが冷たいかなと思いましたが、エアコンが快適で朝までぐっすり眠リ疲れが取れました。一人で泊まりましたが３人で泊まっても同じ料金なので、お買い得。夕食20%引きもよかった。機会があれば、また利用したいです。

Staff was amazing and so helpful. Our room was clean and the meals were excellent. The location is also excellent - perfect for boarding the pirate sightseeing cruise and the bus stop is across the street. Quiet and lovely!

Convenient location (right next to the bus stop and sightseeing cruise departure), Mac the host was friendly and very helpful and spoke good English.

A very personal, family-run place with exceptionally kind owners who really go out of their way to make guests feel welcome and included. The host is chatty, speaks good English, and even took everyone out in the morning to see a great view of Mount Fuji — a lovely gesture, though maybe a bit much if you prefer privacy or a quieter stay. The property itself is older and simple, with limited amenities, and the meals were fine but basic. Overall a friendly and memorable experience, but probably better suited for travelers who enjoy social, home-style lodging rather than a more traditional hotel setup.

We had a fun stay at a very tiny Inn. But everything was made fun and enjoyable by the owner Mac. His advice, directions and discussion solve the problem that I had not done too much planning before getting there.

Mr. Mack is very accommodating, shares knowledge of Japan, guided us with traditional Japanese etiquette, food was good, water from Mt. hakone is better than the bottled water! 😀 place is bus accessible, close to the boats, this place is clean, and hospitable.

This place is the best! We really enjoyed our stay. It is a great area, and we can’t wait to come back.

It is not easy to find fluent English speaking person but here you feel in home. You will get all tips to get around and all is relevant.

Jem was an excellent host. Great breakfast. Would have preferred a softer bed - but it is Japan!! Great spot if you have the Hakone free pass. Highly recommend to other travellers.

The proprietor, MaC, is very amiable and hospitable. He offered good tips about the local area and the various transport options. It was convenient to have the dining option at the premises.

The Jemsty Inn is perfectly located across from the bus station in Hakone. This is very convenient for those with the a Hakone Free Pass. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

It is basic B&B place japanese style with 4 rooms located really close to Ashi lake and pirate cruise stop, about 15 minute walk to Hakone Shrine. The owner of the place Macoto (Mac) has excellent English and was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this place if you are OK staying in basic B&B place

A friendly and knowledgeable inn keeper. A great staff. The complimentary breakfast was great with unlimited coffee and juice. Very clean.

The property and owner is nice. It's just the owner has so many house rules, more than a typical hotel or airbnb

한국인이고 나이도 있으셔서 처음에는 한국에 대해 싫어하실까봐 걱정헀지만 한국여행도 50번 이상하실 정도로 한국을 좋아하시고 저희에게 엄청나게 친절하셨습니다 그리고 방도 넓고 깨끗하고 하코네에서 이가격에 이런 곳은 구하기 힘들 것 같습니다 그리고 무료 조식 진짜 맛있습니다 다른 가게가서 똑같은거 시켜서 먹어봤는데 이 호텔에서 제공하는 조식보다 못했습니다 진짜 뭔가 친가나 외가의 할아버지를 보는 느낌이였습니다 일본에서 한국의 정을 느낀건 이 호텔이 처음인것 같습니다

We had a great stay at Jemsty Inn. We stayed in the western style twin room. It was a simple room, The but a reasonable size with good en-suite facilities. Clean, comfortable and quiet. We slept very well. The location is just next to the H bus service which goes between Odawara station, and also serves Hakone-Yumote station. So It’s very easy to get to. It’s also just opposite the pirate ship terminal which is great if you are planning to do the Hakone transport route or just want to view lake Ashi. The manager, Mac, is a very friendly and helpful character. He gave advice on getting around the area. Each day he cooked us scrambled eggs and toast. He even drove us to see his favourite view of Mount Fuji when we had clear weather (amazing!). All in all a good stay.
