懐石料理のクオリティは高いと思います。素材も鮮度が高く終始美味しい頂きました。妻と子供達には少し量が多かった様です。 和室に布団でしたが、寝具特に敷き布団がマットレスになっておりとても快適でした。

スタッフさんの対応の良さと、静かな環境でゆっくりと過ごせました。

夕食、朝食ともに最高に美味しかったです。

The room was an excellent size and very clean! Sleeping on the tatamis was the best nights sleep we’ve had so far in Japan! The kaiseki dinner and breakfast weren’t for us but that’s not to say that they weren’t lovely, it just wouldn’t be our first choice for a meal. We are glad we tried them though! The property is very beautiful and they gave you the sukamis to wear for the meals which was lovely and added to the atmosphere very nicely! And the staff were extremely helpful and friendly!

What a great time we had at Kanazawa Chaya. My family of 5 stayed here for three nights half-board following our stay in Tokyo. This place is out of the world. I cannot describe how attentive the staff are at this Ryokan hotel. My mother is approaching her 80s and I mentioned to them in email ahead of time that my mother prefers softer food and they delivered. I was worried that the three breakfast and three dinner would be repetitive, but much to my surprise, the Kaiseki meals were so meticulously planned and with fresh ingredients. We cannot have a better time in Kanazawa. It's also so close to the train station, making visiting the rest of the city a breeze. The most important thing of all is that the staff were so friendly and welcoming, we were completely spoiled during our stay.

We had an amazing stay. Staff, food and bedroom were all fantastic. The location is also very convenient to the station. Highly recommend. Wonderful experience!

Wonder

This was a unique and authentic traditional Japanese experience. We had the traditional Japanese dinner as well as breakfast.

It’s a different experience than staying in a western type hotel. The hotel provides superb attention to detail and customer service. Will be staying again in this hotel if coming back to Kanazawa.

Very traditional Japanese inn with outstanding service and Japanese food

Ryokan mit japanischem Frühstück und Abendessen, wir haben es sehr genossen. Das Essen war fantastisch, das Zimmer wunderbar und das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich. Insgesamt ein sehr tolles Erlebnis.

What a great experience. I only wish we could stay longer. A real Japanese experience. The staff is amazingly helpful. And it’s close to the train station.
