接客も丁寧。お風呂が入れなかったのが残念だったが、入湯手形で対応していたので良かった✨

たちばなに泊まりましたが、雨が降っても快適で静かでとてもよかったです！

A very disappointed experience! I booked this resort on Hotels.com, which clearly mentioned the room was equipped with private onsen. However, when we arrived the staff told us that there was a failure on the water pump and they couldnt provide onsen water! The only solution they had offered was some PUBLIC onsen entries on its surrounding area…. This is totally unacceptable and disappointed that we drove so far to here and they couldnt provide this particular service, with no compensation and just this UNRELATED alternatives. Not to mentioned that those public onsen has time limitation which didnt suits our schedule(last entry at 8:30pm)! It was a nightmare that the temperature was below ZERO degree and we had to take a open air bath without the spring Onsen! Whats the difference than we go camping? I immediately referred this matter to the customer service at Hotels.com, but the result was not very helpful! They replied that on the special entey condition they have a footnote that the onsen was unavailabe due to the typhoon damage…I found it was really misleading that, 1st, on the room description, it had mentioned the room would provide a private onsen. 2nd, the picture also showed their rooms are providing such service. Honestly, no one would dig deep to an unobvious footnote! I really hope that they should treat this matter seriously, or this would greatly damage your reputation and service commitment!

非常靜及舒適

노천탕은 최고입니다. 무조건 1등입니다. 공기도 너무좋고 뷰가 끝내줍니다. 6월인데 산속이라 좀 추워요. 그리고 실내는 침실이 2층이라 불편하고 무엇보다 침구류가 커버는챙겨주지만 너무 더러웠어요. 직원분들은 너무 친절합니다

We booked the hotel the day of the trip as we had change plans due to Typhoon Haishen. When we entrance to the hotel was blocked with a rope and they did not answer the phone. There was noone to get any information, we did not get a cancellation or a notification. We were left in the typhoon with nowhere to go and struggled to find anything for hours during when the weather got really bad. We had to drive under fallen trees, get out of the car to pull branches off road and hide in someone’s garage in our car because of this hotel’s irresponsible act. They left us in a life threatening situation which is unacceptable. Hotels.com representatives did their best to help us over the phone while we were looking for another place. So thank you hotels.com for that.

很喜歡这間小屋kiri,很舒服，當天下雪，超喜歡这個電暖桌子，整個房子有暖氣很溫暖。屋子的露天溫泉十分好，水溫夠熱。正！（但洗澡也在室外，怕冷人仕注意！）一般煮食用品也齊全，我自帶便携爐打邊爐。 服務枱的叔叔很親切及細心，入住時會詳細介紹大浴池和房子設備，還送了一支精美的筆給我，謝謝啊。 還有，屋子外的可看到日出日落，星星也很美 我下次到黑川必再入住（自駕的），很好的體驗：）

The surrounding environment is good, make sure bring food come up. The Onsen is nice.

It was a really nice stay. It’s a wooden cabin in the hills. Somewhat rustic, laid back. The place is clean and very lovely to stay. Sleeping in the attic was interesting. Had wonderful time using the outdoor grill and also hotpot. Nice indoor private Onsen. The outdoor public onsen is pretty and relaxing to be in. The lady that serves us is friendly and cheerful. I love it.

有自己私人的溫泉湯池真的是太棒了～還有廚房用品應有盡有，買火鍋料一起煮火鍋也不怕沒有鍋具唷

1.森林中的木屋很安靜,屋內有私人的湯屋非常舒適,也有廚房可使用 2.入住之後又被收了入湯稅跟暖房費共1300,這事先並未被告知

房東人很好!有鍋具租借，風景很讚，露營客很多，地點較偏僻，離黑川老街約８分鐘車程，唯一缺點是房間有霉味，一家人把床墊搬到客廳睡，其餘停車跟煮東西都很方便（記得先在路途中超市先買好，黑川沒的買）

Cute cabin the mountains. Has private onsen which is very nice and relaxing. You will need a car to get here. There was a supermarket 20 minutes away. You will need your own food as it’s in the middle of no where- but that’s what staying in the mountains is all about!! The owner has a google translator to help with check in. Very comfortable stay.

房間設備充足，有各式廚具、餐具可自帶食材煮食，亦可借用燒烤爐BBQ。設有獨立私人溫泉，亦可以使用共用露天溫泉，非常舒適，適合一家人一同入住。

다시 가고 싶을 정도로 만족도가 높았습니다

가격도 쿠로카와온천마을과 비교했을때 저렴해서 렌트하시면 강추합니다 온천물이 정말 좋고, 펜션 마다 있어서 엄마와 이모가 넘 좋아하셨어요 ~
