Perfect room space for a long family stay. Great neighborhood to wander and eat and shop and close to trains. Would 100% stay here again on our next trip to Japan. Thank you!!

It was a very financial district so it wasn’t a very family friendly area and felt impersonal and not very welcoming.

Perfect location. Many restaurants and small grocery store providing all what you need, near by.

We had a terrific time at this hotel! The staff were very helpful and friendly. It is located in a quiet area that is a 2 min walk to the metro station.

Great location. Quiet area, very close to subway. Room and staff were fantastic. Loved that you could decorate your room with pictures and some furnishings.

I absolutely loved this hotel hands down the best I’ve experienced! The customer service top tier, the rooms amazing especially for big groups! The space in the rooms I loved and it was close to train stations!

all front desk members were tremendously friendly and helpful. went above and beyond in assisting any questions/issues we may have had. my family and i would not hesitate to visit again if opportunity arises. made our trip an absolute breeze. special shout out again to all the front desk staff!

This property felt so homely. After a long day of sight seeing and exploring it was like arrive home to your warm safe cosy second home. The room was always clean and tidy. We never ran out of toilet paper or had any issues with cleanliness. The kids double bunk beds were amazing! Our two boys loved them and would love them back at home now. The place felt secure and safe. The reception staff were always so friendly and helped us on various occasions. We always had tea bags we could collect on reception on the evening and even tried out some complimentary Saka. There was a convenient family mart right next to the suites which was 24hrs and we loved trying out new drinks and snacks and occasional hash brown. The shop was cheap compared to UK prices and you really could load up on water and drinks and stock them in your fridge. We were right next to the train station (3 -4 minutes walk) with kids. We used the train to get every where. But shops and bakery's and parks, cafes restaurants were all within walking distance. The location was quieter than some other parts of Tokyo it almost felt extra pleasant to come home to a quieter area. Loved this place and would highly recommend it we couldn't have chosen a more perfect place to stay. Keep doing what you are doing Mimaru suites because our stay was unforgettable and wonderful.

Loved everything about our stay. We are traveling with a toddler which isn’t easy, but our room had everything we needed. There are also very sweet, thoughtful touches included. Like the opportunity to add art and utensils to our room from the gallery in the lobby. And some fun art projects for kids. We would highly recommend staying here!

Great stay for family of 4!

Clean, safe, family friendly, great staff, close to subway and Family Mart.

Ceilings are thin. The family upstairs were loud heel walkers and we could hear the baby all night, every night.
