縁側から庭が見える部屋に泊まってよかったです。オーナーさんやスタッフから丁寧な対応を頂きました。

大変お世話になりました。宿泊者には海外の方が多いとのことでしたが，日本の方にもお勧めです。手入れされたお庭やお道具等日本のよさを確認しつつ，国際的な話題を楽しむことができました。

Absolutely the best option to experience the Japanese hospitality. Great big room: A/C, tea pot, cable tv, nice beds, lovely garden view…Perfect breakfast ! Ito picked us up at the station and then took us back after check out. Personalized service at all times. We just loved to stay there and hope to be back soon ❤️

Lovely people, beautiful room, so clean!! Very accommodating. Rides to the train station, great breakfast, comfy beds, conveniently located :) couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Mr. Ito and his family showed great hospitality to us, The days we stayed turned out to be very hot. Mr. Ito offer great help to drive us to and from the train station several times. We are very grateful to him and to his family for the great hospitality.

This is a very special place. It is a quaint and quiet bed + breakfast just outside of Tokyo, near Akabane Station. Mr. Ito and his wife are the most kind and generous hosts! They go above and beyond, and out of their way to make your stay in Japan a 10 out of 10 star experience. My husband and I ended up staying upstairs in Mr. Ito's old study room. It turned out to be perfectly comfortable and suitable for our needs. Just a heads up, the bathroom was in the hallway and very tight and small (but impeccably clean) so if you are a tall or big person, this won't be the room for you. The two beds came in handy as much needed space for those long days spent 24/7 with the partner, wink wink. The breakfast here is worth the stay alone. Mr. Ito and his wife are so accommodating and personable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and great Japanese hospitality.

It was beautiful and comfy. The owners were very kind and were willing to get us to the closest stations. Also, provided very useful information. The breakfast food was delicious and It felt like I was part of the family.

Una experiencia diferente en una gran ciudad prácticamente es como estar alojado en una casa de familia y en este caso una casa japonesa típica , la amabilidad y el trato de su propietario compensa las carencias del entorno y las habitaciones ,el hotel esta un tanto alejado y algo complicado de llegar si no tienes GPS, pero su propietario se ofrece amablemente a llevarte a la estación de metro mas próxima .

We spent three memorable days at Mokkoan, which is thoroughly clean and has a nice garden and living space. The bed room is large with comfortable beds. We also have our own private washroom. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed talking and sharing our trip experience with them. Highly recommended!

The loveliest experience we’ve ever had staying at a hotel - such a sense of family and welcoming. Rooms were tidy and very pretty, along with the whole building. Convenient location in a lovely area. Would 100% recommend this hotel.

當初都懷疑: 竟然有酒店會滿10分?? 其後覺得, 真有此事最大原因不止於整潔舒適, 而是日本人的好客及熱心。 酒店(其實更似民宿)由兩夫婦主理, 兒子間中會幫忙。兩夫婦英文非常流利, 完全沒有溝通困難。房間不特別介紹, 酒店相片已交代, 唯一留意廁所是設於房間旁邊, 不過每個廁所都標明只給特定房客用, 所以都算是獨用。 滿分主因, 大概因為兩夫婦非常友善, 早餐時會同客人談天, 不止是介紹旅遊景點, 亦會說說自己身平, 興趣, 去過玩過的地方, 問下關於客人的事, 無所不談, 加上一個簡單的早餐, 仿如住在日本人家中一樣。 另外, 酒店同赤羽駅有10-15分鐘距離, 而且有一小段斜路, 體力欠佳者注意。不過兩夫婦事前會主動email客人大約到步時間, 親自開車接送, check out時都會問大約出門時間, 開車送客人去赤羽駅 (服務應該只限於check in及check out。如於住宿途中想要, 應該要提早同兩夫婦講, 不過相信問題不大) 整體而言, 此酒店充滿日本人的好客, 熱心, 有禮, 如同與日本人居住一樣。
