一番大きなお部屋を家族旅行で利用させていただきました。 広く、ゆったりしたスペースとお風呂や洗濯機、冷蔵庫などまで自宅と同じように使うことができ旅のストレスを感じることなくリラックスして滞在できました。 洗濯機も洗剤が備えてあり朝起きたら乾燥している状態で大変ありがたかったです。全国にあるホテルのようなので今後の候補になりました。

ホテルの設備も整っており、道頓堀や通天閣など徒歩で行ける距離でアクセスも非常によかったです。東京から旅行に来たのですが、非常に充実し、楽しむことができました。ありがとうございました。

駅からは少し歩きますが、コンビニが近くにあります。お部屋は設備が整い、とにかく広くてくつろげます。住みたい。

綺麗だしオシャレだし、設備もとても良かったです。かなり外国人を意識した設備やサービスでした。トイレやシャワーなど。 洗濯機が部屋にあるのはすごく良かったです。フロントに繋がる電話がないのが少し不便に感じました。が、まぁ、フロントまで行けばいいので問題ないです。トラブルなければそれこそ必要ないですしね。 必要なところにお金をかけて実はあまり必要ない所を削って効率化しているのが好感を持ちました。泊まって良かったです！

Not too far away from the train station, like 5-7min walk. A few 7-11 and family mart down the hotel. Brand new hotel and everything is clean.

Staffs are friendly. Place is very clean and room is big. It has a washing machine in the room and we can do our own laundry. It has supermarket and 711 nearby. And it is close to train station. Highly recommended this hotel especially if you are traveling in big groups/ family members.

This brand new apartment hotel is very spacious by Japanese standards. Attractive and well appointed with everything you might need (including a washer/dryer!), it is immaculately clean and very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is near a cat cafe, which enchanted my daughter. I would highly recommend staying here when in Osaka.

I had an exceptional stay at Monday Apart Premium Hotel Osaka! The hotel just opened in December— everything was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and brand new. My room was spacious and incredibly functional — with a washer/dryer, well-stocked kitchenette, and plenty of amenities. What made this experience unforgettable was the warm, genuine hospitality from the staff. Every request was handled with such kindness and enthusiasm — I felt so well taken care of throughout my stay. A special thank you to Sandi, who was so friendly and welcoming when I first visited the hotel to check it out before heading to Kyoto. That lovely interaction convinced me to book my stay here when I returned to Osaka. When I checked out, she surprised me with a beautifully made origami gift — such a touching and personal gesture. I can’t recommend this hotel enough — truly a hidden gem in Osaka with the kindest team and exceptional comfort. (Also want to confirm that I was not paid to write this review but I did use ChatGPT to help me edit it!)

Property is nice and the service is great

The good - the property offers small extra amenities like pajamas, robes, toothbrushes, and combs. We had a little welcome present of sakura jelly for cherry blossom season when we arrived, which was a nice touch. The water pressure

I did initially have problems with the amount of bedding which was eventually sorted out. The property is very clean, spacious, has everything you need and a family mart across the corner. I would stay again.

Every staff member at the hotel was extremely helpful and friendly. No complaints about our stay.

What a gem to find! Big property and affordable rates - it was perfect for our family of 4. We did the grand family room. There was a washer/dryer INSIDE your room (complimentary laundry detergent at the lobby). There's a 7/11 right across from the property and some great local restaurants nearby. It's about a 15 minute walk or so to the Dotonbori area...we would walk there during the day and taxi back at night. The front doors are locked between 12am-5am which I appreciated and they give you a code to open it. We felt very safe and we would definitely stay here again. We also were able to sign into our Netflix, Disney , YouTube, etc. on their TVs. The only negative side is the floors seem on the thinner side. I could hear the people above us walking and tried to be careful walking quietly for the people below us.

The property is a great concept. It has a lot to offer at its price point. I would book again without hesitations.

Everything was excellent.

Place was great—might’ve been my favorite property we stayed at the whole trip. The place was very clean, looked new. There were toiletries and such that they have at the front desk counter and you’re free to grab whatever you may need or like before heading up to your room. The room was neat, had an a/c unit and washer-dryer unit. The hotel is about an 8-minute walk to the Daikokucho, and a 20-something minute walk to Dotonbori. Not bad unless your feet are already hurting. But the good thing is there’s a 7-11 right around the corner! The staff were extremely kind and communicative. They even noticed a couple of us taking photos outside at check-out and offered to take a group photo for us!

Our room was very clean, modern and spacious. The room layout was more practical than the other hotels we stayed in while in Japan. All the staff were super friendly. We would stay here again without hesitation.
