お部屋の露天風呂がとても良かった。スタッフの方の対応もとても良く、朝食もとても美味しかったです。また次も行きたくなる宿でした。

食事も素晴らしい。夕食付きのプランでなかったのが残念

離れ個室でプライベート感が満載でした。スタッフさんはどなたも親切丁寧で満足です。

お部屋が広くて快適に過ごせました。 他のお客さんと会うことも少なく、プライベートな空間を保てました。 夕飯は少し少なく感じましたが、朝ごはんは多かったです。また宿泊したくなる宿でした！

高級旅館なのに駐車場が路駐で、防犯上よくない。 浴衣が置かれておらず、帯だけありました。 チェックアウト時にそれを告げましたが、特に値段も変わらず、二度と止まりません。

Beautiful classic Japanese inn with terrific service. Lovely room, excellent private Osen, wonderful in room amenities and comfortable beds. Fantastic breakfast.

So peaceful and just what we needed after big cities

Our stay at Oninosumika Ryokan was amazing. Our particular room/ryokan was just as photographed. It was spacious, clean, and beautiful. Looking out into the gardens you really get a sense of how tranquil the area is and waking up hearing the birds and rain is amazing. Our private onsen was perfect, we used it multiple times a day. The staff are so kind and are very accommodating to visitors that don't speak Japanese. Their traditional Kaiseki breakfast was stunning; everything was so carefully assembled and the presentation was incredible, tasted even better. Highly recommend staying here!!

Incredible staff

The lovely little Spa was in a quiet sleepy area with a few shops on the main road. The room was lovely and well equipped with all the usual amenities that you need and the outside garden was lovely and relaxing to view. The highlight of the stay was always mealtime and the service and attention of the staff was second to none they were all attentive and very helpful explaining the dishes and best way to eat some of the courses but Katatako was really great and deserves a special shout out for his service and thoughtful manner which was appreciated by us both.

We loved our stay! Although it's a little bit outside of the town, it was very peaceful and relaxing. The kaiseki dinner was a highlight! And the staff was amazing! They let us into our villa early since it was ready. Definitely worth it!

This was an amazing stay! The onsen was nice and relaxing and the breakfast was so delicious! We did forget to book dinner ahead so don't be like us or you may miss out - they need a 3 day notice in advance. The shower water was warm as well, we had no issues with it. Hospitality was also wonderful. There are good places to eat in the town about a 10 minute walk away. I recommend this place highly.

Beautiful hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The private onsen in the room was amazing.

For me, this was a piece of pure indulgence. It was a calm place, somewhere to relax and recharge. The breakfasts were exquisite. No dinner on offer during my stay (2nights) but the recommended restaurant (sushi restaurant) was very special. The town was quiet and very calm and if you're prepared to walk a little (taxi or bus it if not), there are great views of Mt Fuji San to be had. Highly recommended.

Everything! It was like a dream, the whole place was astonishing and beautiful. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and even tho we did not speak much Japanese, they were kind and patient with us and explained the amenities for us. The room itself was amazing and the views to the pond were great, and the private onsen? Really peaceful atmosphere and very private.

The rooms are absolutely amazing and unbelievably beautiful. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The breakfast was very nice and traditional. They also provided traditional robes, socks, and sandals to wear to breakfast. There is not a lot of dining options around or much to do. If you have time, take a taxi to the bel-air park. I will definitely visit again.

Room and the attached private outdoor onsen were excellent. Breakfast also worthwhile. Only downside is that there are limited dining options nearby and dinner at the onsen is expensive (25000 yen/person)
