ベットの柄が派手で落ち着かなかったです。 部屋は綺麗だったので良かったです。 ゆっくり過ごせました。

部屋にゴキブリがいて、最初から印象が悪くなりました

Place was clean, has kettle, blow drier, own bathroom. The place was close to train station, grocery store, spa world and restaurants. Would stay again.

There were small cockroaches in the room, the bed was super uncomfortable, the washing machine was there but there was no drier, the room had no windows, there was only a mechanical air extractor not enough the dry out the clothes, the room had an unpleasant impregnated odor, there were no towels available (clearly mentioned before booking). The neighborhood feels unsafe but you are in Japan and nothing ever happened to us but the feel is there. It was the only place I saw bicycles with locks but never experienced nor noticed any delinquency act. I’m a person who doesn’t really complain about cheap accommodations but the commission charged by Expedia makes the cost not worth the bad experience. If a was traveling solo without my wife it would be fine by me if it was a little bit cheaper but if you go with your partner I would recommend looking for another place.

No towels! Be Careful! They say they don't give towels for hygienic reasons, but that makes me think that the sheets are not washed or should have bio-hazard warnings. Also, the super low nightly rate is misleading since they charge a really high booking/resort/whatever-the-hell-they-called-it fee. This place is a dump which is okay; you can tell that from the pictures. The real issue I had was the threatening nature of the fees. I felt threatened the whole time. If you don't send your passport BEFORE you check in, they threaten you with cancelling your reservation and charging you the full price. If you lose the key, these creeps threaten you with a 100,000YEN fee. Yes, that's right, these akuma threaten to charge you 700USD if you lose a key that would cost them 1USD to replace. If you check out late, another threat. If you make noise or use the washing machine after 10, another threat to be kicked out and charged the full amount. The stairwell reminded me of assisted housing. I killed a cockroach in the room and waterboarded a cricket back down the sinkhole that it crawled out of in the bathroom.The area is surrounded by tiny karaoke bars full of down on their luck locals and girls trying to get you to come in. Listen, if you are a dirt bag or currently going through a dirt bag phase in your life, this might actually work for you. The AC did work...oh yeah, another threat, if you leave the AC on when you leave the room, some huge fine threatened and kicked out.

Hands down one of the best locations! The Dobutsuenmae subway station is right across the street & Mega DonQuiote was super convenient. Just FYI: The condition of the apt was great, very clean. Small windows, but AC units were very good. Digital hot water panel for tub worked well. Washer/Dryer was amazing! The beds were ok, but thin mattresses, not that comfortable. Bidets were not connected (as stated in the listing). Narrow and steep staircase. Overall stay was great!

I had an amazing stay in Queen's guest house, they were really quick to response, well managed, very easy to check in, with strong WiFi and even the kitchen were so clean and tidy. I loved their customer's service. Grateful for their facilities, Service and guidance ! The room not very new but even the toilet and bathroom were very clean, the bedding was comfortable and clean too. The location is convenient, very close to Subway, JR, Airport Line, Loop, so many restuarants, convenience stores, supermarkets, Donki, and lot shopping malls, with walking distance, very nice! Our trip with 1 baby and 2 seniors, we went Shinsaibashi, Dotonbori nearby, and also went to Kyoto, even we back very late at night, very safe. The room was very quiet, maybe the guide from the host limits noise. Overall an amazing experience with them ! Willing to stay with them again.

Bad service and cooperation from property side Bad experience

최대한 좋다 or 나쁘다로 표현 안하고 겪은대로 얘기함. 화장실 샤워는 각 방에 있음. 전자렌지 및 주방은 1층 4층 공동 사용. 세탁기(세제 없음) 안마 의자는 1층 공동 사용. 벽 얇아서 복도에서 흐느끼는 소리조차 잘 들림. 옆방 코고는 소리도 잘 들림. 바퀴벌레 2번 나와서 따로 약 사서 틈마다 뿌렸음. 그 다음부터는 안나왔지만.. 뭐 그랬음. 욕실에 제공되는 것은 샴푸 샤워 공용 액체 비누와 휴지. 그 외 어뮤니티는 없음. 와이파이가 되긴 하는데 아마 객실 중 어딘가에 있는 것 같고 그래서 객실 손님이 꺼버리면 와이파이 못 씀. 주변에 싸고 큰 슈퍼와 시장이 있음. 오히려 편의점이 좀 멀음. 일본의 찐서민들 서식처에 위치해서 평소에 난바만 다니던 사람들은 모르는 세계임.

因為是抵達大阪才訂房，在預定之後很快服務人員很快就和我聯繫，讓我免於擔心入住的問題。

離動物園前站3分鐘以內的路程，玉出超市3分鐘路程，衛浴設備空間小了一點，廚房、洗衣設備為共用空間，有一台按摩椅可供住宿的人使用，整體都還不錯，唯一美中不足沒有冰箱

房間住宿沒什麼問題，無人管理式飯店。 入住當日會提供密碼，領取鑰匙。 訂房時會收取 損壞壓金8000JPY，但退房後6天仍未退款。與Hotels.com反應，仍無法即時退還。訂房請考慮。

房間非常整潔, 乾淨, 衛浴特別清潔。交通很方便, 四通八達, 不需要1分鐘便步行到酒店。床很舒服, 房間面積比想像中大。借用了單車服務, 很快地便去到心齋橋。房東回覆迅速, 整體十分滿意, 值得推介 !
