I wanted to provide a balanced review of this place. At the time of booking I read the reviews and it had received some outstanding feedback, and the online description all sounded pretty good and suited to our needs, and with myself, my wife and two kids - sleeps 5 sounded perfect. Unfortunately that really wasn't the reality. After struggling a bit with the entry (the link with instructions emailed through was broken) we entered the apartment. There was a double bed with a bunk over - three beds.... Was there another room? No. The other two sleeping spaces were futons on the couches. Okay, we can work with that. The mattress and sheets were stained, the oven dirty, the batteries in the aircon remote were flat (it was 35 degree weather so a bit frustrating!) After a few messages and photos, the mattress, sheets and batteries were sorted out the next day which was good, and there was an offer to clean the oven which we didn't bother with. We later found out the hairdryer didn't work - we reported this but at this stage we'd had enough. This stuff should have been checked before we got there - we're on holiday - not sort out someone else's apartment. On the positive - it's in a good spot, lots of restaurants around, there's a balcony, the subway is close, the internet works, and there's a usable kitchen and a full sized fridge. In the end we checked out early and moved into a hotel.

This is a great little studio apartment in a nice, quiet area of Shinjuku. The building is really lovely. It is close to lots of places to eat and the train station. We are a family of five so it was a bit small (from our Western perspective) but we were out a lot anyway! The beds were comfortable and the bathroom and shower were nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Sunmall Crest607 is studio apartment located in luxurious building, perfectly situated near all the bars and clubs of Shinjuku NiChome. The apartment's bathroom was the most comfortable of all the locations we stayed at for this trip (traveling through Japan as a westerner, you'll understand). Though there were other appreciable amenities such as a full kitchen, fridge, washer, and living room - we stayed out the entire trip and did not take advantage of any of them. If you want a great place to lay your head comfortably between partying in Shinjuku, I highly recommend this location.

客廳公共空間大舒服，有提供廚房洗衣等 …乾淨整潔，但若很注重睡眠的人床不是很好睡上鋪會吵到下鋪 沙發可躺平變床第二晚才發現，但整體住宿體驗是好的 公寓樓下周遭環境很便利又不會吵鬧離地鐵站走路4分鐘左右 ，但沒有實體服務台服務人員取鑰匙是密碼自取喔
