鶴アパートメント

3泊しました。旭川や美瑛も近いロケーションで、室内は広く清潔で、キッチンや洗濯乾燥機もあり、快適な三日間を過ごすことができました。コロナ禍の昨年、一昨年は、ゲストがかなり少なくなっていたようですが、早くコロナが終息して、利用される方が、以前のように増えることを祈っています。ありがとうございました。

清潔かつ広々として快適に過ごせました。 また伺います。

広くきれいでとても快適な滞在となりました。冬にもまた来たいと考えています。

富良野スキー場　北の峰ゾーンから近く、スキーをする方にとっては良いロケーションにあります。オーナーの方はとても親切です。部屋もきれいで、手入れがされており過ごしやすかったです。湯船があったことは良かったです。改善点を強いて言えば2点。①1階の床が結構冷たく、スリッパが必要でした。床暖に慣れている者としてはきつい。②食器類がもう少しあると良かったです。外国の方が多いとのことなので致し方無いのかもしれませんが、茶碗とお椀が欲しかったです。

家族3人(夫婦、2歳児)で2泊しました。洗濯機はドラム式で洗濯、乾燥が可能です。また、キッチンにはIH2口、食器類、調理道具、食洗機、オーブンレンジがありました。お風呂は浴槽はありませんが、シャワータイプで座れるようになっています。 お部屋はすごく清潔で寝室も広く申し分ありませんでした！ また富良野へ行く時には是非利用したいと思っています。

Great location, nice clean comfortable apartment, good price. We were requested to separate the garbage (which is good, and was done). What we didn't know how to separate we put in a small plastic bag next to trash cans, and left a msg to owner about that. For that we got a fine-ticket and had to pay extra 1500 yen. I understand from him it is the policy in Furano, so maybe not related to the property, still important for next guests to understand this

A comfortable stay in a relaxing, quiet area. Hiro was extremely helpful from start to end. We can’t wait to come back. .

First of all,great location in relation to Ski lifts ..short stroll to Convenience Store and a couple of restaurants.Newly renovated apartments with spacious living area/kitchen/dining.No drying room ,however the central heating did the job. The only drawback was the host seems to think that not being at the property at the nominated check in time of 4.00 PM was not important,this happened to nearly every guest that arrived after us for the other rooms. My suggestion would be to contact the host prior to arrival and confirm that he will be there upon arrival.The other drawback was we paid almost 30% more p/n ,however this is not the host's fault ,rather mine because different accom platforms have differing rates and I did not shop around.If the host is not spreading himself too thin and can greet his guests upon arrival,I'd fully recommend staying at TSURU apartments

地方非常整潔，設備齊全。

The apartment is so spacious, good for families who wanna do some cookings. All electronic appliances are in good condition, all utilities are clean. The little hiccup is that the host is not always there, while we overlooked his note with his phone number left at desk. Check-in not really smooth. It would be better if host could share more details on check in beforehand

Super clean and well-maintained. A functional kitchen. A short uphill walk to the Furano ski lifts. The manager was great. He supplied us with discounted lift tickets and mailed us some items we accidentally left behind.

Very suitable for the family, there are 4 double rooms, the room is very comfortable and the public space is very spacious. My father is inconvenient to move but it is great for him here. The house is very new and clean. There are enough kitchen utensils and dishes in the kitchen. There are air conditioners, TV and even washing machine, It is a very suitable house for long stays. Parking at the door is available, so there is no problem with self-driving tour. The landlord was very enthusiastic about introducing nearby and attached a map to us. He takes care of the house very seriously to keep the house new and comfortable. He told us in detail how to use the facilities in the room and taughts us how to protect the house together.

The apartment is very spacious and clean, best for small family travelling to Furano. The host is very friendly and polite even we were late for check-in on the first day. He also offered to send us to the train station as we did not rent a car during our journey.

Very clean and well maintained apartment! The host speaks English so no problems with communication at all. There are instructions on how to use all the devices- tv, oven, washing machine, dishwasher etc. Central Furano is just a few mins drive away and there are restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance. Do note that several restaurants i went to ended up being closed even though they were shown as open on Google and it wasn't their day off, so suggest to call before going. Tbe host also provided recommendations on where to visit and restaurants. Great place to stay with family as there's equipment for preparing children's food if necessary. There's a small kettle for boiling water on the stove instead of an electric kettle.

The apartment was very clean and cozy. Will book it again if I am back in Furano!
