思ったより調理道具やフリーの飲食があって良かった。歯ブラシないので注意ですね。

事前のキー番号メールはありませんでしたが清掃管理人がいたので事なきを得ました。通常使用するであろう家電や調理器具は常備されていました。リネンも清潔です。庭には簡易日よけとバーベキューセットも用意されており快適に過ごせました！

GW休みに家族3名でキャビン1棟-2泊で使用させて頂きました。設備は古い感じが否めず / シャワーが弱い / キッチンが狭くて使用しずらい等の使用感での小さな不満はありましたが、過ごしているうちに慣れ、総じて快適に過ごせました。2日目にBBQをリクエストしたらタープ・コンロから炭・着火剤まですべて準備・設営までしてくれてあり少し感動しました。こちらでも準備して持って行ったのですが食材だけでBBQ⇒花火⇒星空観察まで自宅で過ごすように楽しめました。 またウィンターシーズンにも訪れたいです。※隣の新しい設備が非常に気になりました。

とてもキレイで良い宿でした！ 宿前が急な坂道なので、スタッドレスでも四駆でなかったので上がれなくなり、ロードサービス頼みました。 動けない間も、スタッフがスーパーなどに連れて行ってくれてとても助かりました。 また行きたいお宿です。

とても綺麗で快適に過ごせました。 白馬八方に近くスキーに向いています。

Amazing Location in Happo One Hakuba for the Best Ski ⛷️ Trip ever and the Best Snow in over 60 Years 👌🎉🥳

A great chalet, very comfortable, warm, well equipped and in a very convenient location for Happoone

As a family of four with two kids, skiing for the first time, this was an excellent location. The chalets were perfectly appointed and comfortable. The wash and dryer were a bonus. The team here looked after us brilliantly. Nothing was too much trouble. The communication before, during and after was excellent and they provided us with invaluable information for ski suppliers and getting around. To Sarah, Bellen and Joachim, thanks so much for everything. Loved it. Will be back and would absolutely recommend Zen Chalets.

Stayed in Villa A for the weekend and couldn’t be happier with the accommodations, the cleanliness, location and overall comfort. We look forward to staying here again or recommending to those traveling to Hakuba.

We loved the Zen Chalets! We stayed in one of the villas. Modern, clean, and well appointed. 4 minute walk to the gondola. Great communication from the management.

Location was beautiful and worked for 2 adults and 4 children but would be a bit cramped for 6+ adults. The on-site manager was outstanding and responsive. The only two negatives were the steep incline down to the property and this side of the mountain offers no good slope area for beginners. In the winter 4x4 or AWD with chains is required to drive out of the property.

Zen chalets was a great place to stay in Hakuba valley. It is a 5 minute walk to the bottom of Happo-one resort and next to many bars and restaurants. The staff was incredibly nice and extremely accomadating. 10/10 would reccomend.

Great place to stay for your ski holiday in Hakuba. Very nice, modern and clean house, close to the Happo Gondola and a number of restaurants. The service was absolutely great and the staff is lovely! Will definitely stay here if I come back!

Modern and smart design. Perfect size for our group of 6. Can’t wait to go back for a longer stay.

Great location with a short walk to either Happo Gondola or Evergreen ski schools. Family of 4 (kids 8 & 2) fit comfortably. Staff was friendly and helpful with pickup/drop off and even a grocery store run on the first day. Will definitely consider again on a future visit to Hakuba!

Top location - great staff and Unique stand alone place

Affordable self contained chalet. Bedding is enough for 5 adults and 1 kid. It needs a bit of an uplift (carpet and kitchenette). Great dry room.
