前回は出張で宿泊して良かったので、今回はプライベートでも選んで滞在しました。 ホテルは大きくはないが、施設も比較的新しくとても清潔です。場所と内容を考えるとBishkekで一番コストパフォーマンスがいいと思います。 チェックインの際に身分証明書から家内の誕生日だと思ったらしく、夜にはシャンパンとケーキを用意してくれていて、気配りに感動しました。 部屋はモダンな雰囲気でありながら高級感もあります。アメニティもそろっていて良かったです。 場所は中心部まで徒歩圏でありながら静かでが、回りが工事中なのでそこだけ唯一残念。

清潔でスタッフの対応もよく、朝食もおいしい快適なホテルでした。 ただ、空港からの迎えは無料とホテルの情報に書いていたのに請求されたり、そのやり取りを何回かやらなくてはいけなかったことのみ残念でした。

Not friendly

Safe and quiet neighbourhood, remarkable easy check-in process and friendliness of the check in staff. Plus what a fantastic restaurant on the top floor! No need to wander through a strange city to find a place to eat the evening you arrive. I strongly recommend this place.

I stayed for a night here after the end of a hiking tour - it was the perfect place to rest and recuperate before my long journey back home. Staff were friendly and helpful, and spoke English fluently. My room was clean and comfortable, and I really enjoyed using the sauna to relax (though note it's not in the same building as the hotel). Well located - walking distance from shops and restaurants - but in a quiet neighbourhood. Would recommend staying here!

Very good location, very friendly and helpful stuff, great breakfast buffet which you can enjoy on the roof top terrace. I'll definitely come again when visiting Bishkek.

We stayed 3 nights at the Ambassador Hotel and really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious with big windows that opened for fresh air. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom modern and nice. The rooptop restaurant was lovely for breakfast, but also nice to just sit and take it easy midday with a book and a pot of tea. The staff were friendly and helpful both before and during our stay. I'd emailed prior to arriving with several questions regarding transport to/from the Bishkek Airport and the Kazakh-Kyrgyz border that they were able to arrange, and their response time was excellent. The location of the hotel is ideal; just a couple blocks from Ala-too Square, Panfilov Park, and other nice sights. Amazing restaurants are a mere block away. Would be delighted to stay here again. Highly recommend!!

Great hotel and caring staff!

The property is in a great location with easy access to an excellent block of restaurants. But the property did not have a fully working restaurant during our visit -- only a breakfast buffet until 10:00am and then the Times Bar that opened on the top floor at noon. Room service was nonetheless available. The bed in the room was also rock hard, but the cleaning staff was good to find two foam mattresses to place on top and to soften it. The staff are very friendly and attentive.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Aizada and Utan.
