Nice staff and just the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. They have no early check-in option and I had to pay one extra night fee for check-in at 10:30. The facilities are just horrible and old, room was not clean enough, what is more I could hear everything what was going on in the room next to mine. If I have to go to Uralsk one more time, I will stay in another hotel for sure.

Had a wonderful stay. Hotel is in the CBD and easily accessible. Their buffet breakfast is probably one the nicest things one can say about this hotel. I had a wonderful stay.

We chose the apartment rooms and were not disappointed. The rooms were nice, large and clean, well isolated from sound and temperature. The location of the hotel is very nice, with the city center walking distance. This place will be my choice next time I'm in Uralsk.

Even if good for the price, this is not at international standards. Needs to be renovated, you hear a lot from room to the other one, basic bed. Lots of hairs were still in the bathroom from previous guest.

We have stayed at the Chagala in Uralsk for many years during our frequent trips to Uralsk. One of the best hotels in the city to cater for European and American tastes. For those that have travelled in KZ outside of Almaty and Astana, you will realize it is difficult to find good comfortable accommodation. The Chagala group can offer this.

The part of the hotel that have the apartment is new and have a good standard. The food is good and the personal is speaking English. Perfect place for a business trip.

We have stayed at this hotel many times during our trips to KZ. Reliable service but suffers the usual problems of experienced staff with adequate language skills. Still would recommend the Chagala group for value, western style food, cleanliness and reliability.

If you are coming to Uralsk and are not from KZ or you just want western standards then come here. The rooms are good, the free upgrade to apartment was nice. Good bed, not just those hard planks of wood found in other Kz hotels. The other good thing is the restaurant. Not only does it have an English menu and food from Kz, America, oriental and Indian but the food quality is one of the best in the whole city (and I've eaten all over this city) It can be more expensive but it is worth it especially when compared to other hotels in Kz

Free parking, a wheelchair ramp, fine restaurant . Good value for the money. Some staff spoke English.
