朝食の内容は、余り良くなかった。 タクシーを前日にお願いしたが、引き続ぎがなされておらず再度依頼しました。 設備は古かったが、スペースは充分に広かった。 初日シャワー室を出る時、滑って転倒したので、入るのに20cm程度の補助段が 欲しかった。

great location great overall service

Im Canadian and this was my first time in astana. The cab ride to here at night was beautiful, I checked in around 2 am, and there was security and the check in was fast and simple, i slept like a baby, it was very quiet, clean, and very comfortable. For the price, I have zero complaints and am very happy. Id stay here again, I dont mind that its a bit old, it has character and there is lots of cheap food walking distance.

I wish they had better reliability of internet on 4th floor.

Good stay, close to the bus stops. My room has a great view of the Astana skyline. Good value for money and the breakfast was satisfactory.

الموقع ممتاز حيث أنه يقع في منتصف المسافة بين إستانة القديمة والحديثة. الخدمة والتعامل والتعاون ممتاز. المرافق جيدة جداً السلبيات بالنسبة لي: ١-شخص واحد فقط يتحدث الإنجليزية ويأتي في الفترة المسائية مما يفوت الاستفادة من سؤاله عن كثير من الخدمات. الإفطار فقير جداً لا يوجد تنوع وخيارات عديدة، لكن هم أخبروا أنه فطور أنتركونتيننتال ( لماذا لا يقدم الافطار الكازاخي)

I needed the particular location, and the price was unbeatable in the area. Breakfast was awesome, and the staff was very helpful. Wi-Fi reception was very poor in the room though, had to do calls in lobby or in a hallway. The room could use some renovation in the bathroom.

Spacious clean room. Great view over the city as our room was on the 10th floor. Breakfast buffet was good and tasty, WiFi in the room worked fine. Friendly service. Would stay again.

They got cold rooms with big windows, for use only on summertime. Our trip was on November, even heater didn’t help. And it was ‘big’ problem to change room on another one.

Bom custo benefício em Astana! O prédio é um pouco velho, mas confortável e limpo. O café da manhã é muito bom! É distante dos principais pontos turísticos, mas nada que uma viagem curta de Uber não resolva quando se está cansado! Valeu a pena!

Un emplacement peu attractif dans une zone en pleine construction. Un peu éloigné. Mobilier et décoration un peu désuets; des efforts sont en cours. Personnel extrêmement dévoué et prêt à aider. Un prix très compétitif: d'où un bon rapport qualité-prix.

Очень комфортно, чисто, тихо. Приветливый персонал, есть ранний завтрак (меня накормили горячим завтраком в 5 утра), есть возможность заказать трансфер. Меня встретили в аэропорту с табличкой, привезли на место и потом утром отвезли назад. Кровать божественная, удобная душевая кабина, гель, шампунь, мыло, тапочки в комплекте. Рекомендую

Location 10 min by bus from Nurly Zhol railway station, 15 min.from new Astana center. You can make a nice 30 min.walk to Baiterek.On the way is Great Mosque ,Presidential Palace etc.On the back of Tengri is big shopping mall with supermarket and restaurants. Hotel is modern, clean, 3 stars not less not more. Rooms basic but clean with TV, hot water, some have balconies. Wi-fi weak even in the lobby.Good buffet breakfast. For the price we paid it was good accomodation, something between cheap,small hotels and good located, expensive hotels near the center.

Very helpfull recption staff went out of her way to sort out train tickets . Nice buffet breakfast

Good a/c and bathroom. Handy to cathedral and mosque but a long way from the CBD. Ok breakfast but not served hot enough. Supermarket across the road.

Hôtel correcte exentre du centre ville mais proche de la grande mosquée de Astana,sinon service correcte et service de laverie disponible en supplément

Zimmer wirken alt und herunter gekommenen, im Bad fehlen teilweise Fliesen. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte leider nicht, deshalb war der Raum stickig und warm. Zum Zentrum sind es gute 4km. Die Zimmer wirkten relativ sauber. Das Personal war bemüht, sprach teilweise jedoch kein englisch bzw nur sehr schlecht.
