The best in Bishkek.

The facility was new and clean, and the hospitality of the staffs was very good. The Wi-fi connection was fast and stable. The hotel is located very close to the Osh Bazar and the main street (Prospect Chui) where multiple routes of bus including the airport express bus (#153) are available.

5分ほど歩くとスーパーマーケットもあり、バザールも歩いて行けるとこにあるためとても良かった。主要なバスステーションが近くにあったが、閉鎖されて遠くなってしまったのはちょっと残念だ。

The toilet were absolutely disgusting. Did not do proper cleaning at all. They just made it look nice and neat. I highly doubt the pillow classes were even washed. Disappointed. Plus, I pre book the hotel at a certain price online. At checkout, they said increase the price like crazy. :(

I had booked a double room for two nights, paying a higher rate than for a twin room. However, upon arrival, I was given a twin room and informed that no double rooms were available. One staff member was helpful and tried to assist (he also acted as a translator), but the manager was in a bad mood/frustrated and unwilling to refund the price difference. Based on this poor customer experience, I would not recommend the hotel and go in one that cares more about their customers.

1.객실에 화장실, 샤워실 없고 공동 화장실, 샤워실을 쓸 경우 정확히 몇 명이 몇 개의 화장실, 샤워실을 쓰는 지 예약하기 전에 반드시 알려줘야 합니다. 2.샤워실 문의 일부가 반투명이라 가림막이 반드시 있어야 할 것 같습니다. 3.완벽하지 읺지만 청결한 편입니다. 4.공동 화장실, 샤워실을 쓰지 않는 다른 객실은 괜찮을 수 있습니다. 6.300솜 추가하고 선택하는 조식은 추천할 만 합니다. 7.전용 화장실, 욕실이 있는 객실은 다를 수 있습니다.

1.샤워실, 화장실이 매우 청결합니다. 그런데 4인실 5개에 샤워실, 화장실이 1개씩 밖에 없습니다. 만실일 리는 없지만 만약 숙박객들이 많아졌는데 샤워실, 화장실이 더 없으면 아침, 저녁마다 샤워실, 화장실 쟁탈전이 벌어질 것 같네요. 2.화장실, 샤워실에 반투명 유리가 있는데 밖에서 봤을 때 내부의 사람들의 탈의 여부가 보이지 않을 정도로는 불투명합니다. 가림막이 있으면 더 좋을 것 같기는 합니다. 3.전반적으로 매우 청결한데 보이는 곳은 청결하고 보이지 않는 곳, 짐 보관함 내부, 이런 데가 청결하지 않은 것으로 봐서 실제 청소를 하는 것이 아니라 숙박객들이 더러워지지 않게 쓰게 하는 것 같습니다. 예를 들면 내부에서 신발을 신지 않게 한다던가 그러며요. 4.비슈케크의 관광지들이 가까워 걷거나 대중 교통으로 이곳 저것을 볼 수 있는 것은 장점입니다. 5.잠금 장치가 없는데 잠금 장치를 설치하는 것 같습니다. 6.남성용 dormitory와 여성용 dormitory가 구분되어 있지만 같은 층에 있어 불편한 분들도 있을 수 있습니다. 개인적인 의견이지만 층을 구분하는 것이 훨씬 나을 것 같습니다.

If properties are good as per photos shown and amenities what they write is there I am not just a critic writer but I praise if things are good closer to Aipeorr by taxi all rooms mostly private only 4 bed in hotel are hostel don’t know if new looks brand new shared toilets and shower very clean and room has air condition or heating only thing they didn’t have on shared kitchen u think was kettle and Microwave and if if they can have it in their kitchen. As we as foreigners when our and about buy food and have drinks to get rid of our tiredness all day long touring their country and city when we come back we buy food on the way and like to use microwaves to make food hot and eat and hot drink to get refreshed first time in history of travelling 77 countries I have seen best and well maintained hotel and very welcoming to international guest

Our flight arrived in the early hours of the morning so I made a reservation for the day before to ensure we could check in immediately. I messaged the hotel when i made the booking to advise of this and then again 5 days before I was due to arrive. I paid in advance. When we arrived at 6am they told us we were down as a no show and the room had been given away. Fortunately someone was checking out early so we were able to.check in after waiting about 45 minutes for them to clean the room. We weren't offered tea, coffee or anything while we waited. When we went out a few hours later the reception staff were very helpful with finding us somewhere to change our money. But when we came.back we were told we had to change rooms because we weren't in the room we'd booked. So, the guest house is very clean and the rooms seem recently decorated. But the service received around our booking was disappointing.

Konum olarak Oş pazarina yakinligindan dolayi gurultulu ve aksamlari konumu pek guven vermiyor, yagmurlu havalarda cukurlara dikkat.Resepsiyonda duran gorevliler daha guler yuzlu olabilir, eski sovyet ulkelerinde ozellikle 50 yas uzeri insanlarin suratindaki hayat ciddiyetini anlayamiyorum. Musteriye biraz gulumseyin, insanlara iyi gelir. Otelin temizligi iyiydi, korudora girmeden ayakkabi cikarma durumunu sevdim, Seulde de ayniydi, dunyada baska biryerde denk gelmedim.

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Wir konnten unsere Radkartons für 4 Wochen unterstellen. Sehr flexibel beim umbuchen von Tagen und Zimmern. Vielen Dank!

Very good hotel with a parking. The staff were very kind and helpful.

The hotel is very good and the personnal very nice.the breakfast is different Every day.
