La stanza che ci è stata consegnata non era pulita. Al momento del nostro arrivo in Hotel, ci è stato chiesto se avessimo prenotato una stanza, come se non si aspettassero ospiti in quel giorno. Dopo aver spiegato che avevamo prenotato on-line, ci è stata consegnata una stanza: non appena siamo entrate, abbiamo notato che non era stata pulita; cicche di sigarette sul pavimento, lavandino non accuratamente pulito, diversi insetti sulle lenzuola e bagno molto sporco. Unica nota positiva, la colazione.

I couldn't make it to the hotel, why because the location was too far from the airport.

Chef didn’t show up to make breakfast on Tuesday. Staff didn’t clean up room cause they had no spare key. None of staff could get satellite working on TV. Only 1 towel and the smallest bar of soap I ever saw. Young, incompetent staff prefer to play Hip Hop music while the owner was away.

We got such a good help from the hotel's manager, Jack, to arrange transportation when we first arrived. The staff were super friendly and helped us in every way possible! The room on the other hand was a disaster. We had cockroaches in the bathroom! Some of them even followed us in our suitcases to our next destination. The floor was dirty and clearly not cleaned as you could see old stains. The bed on the other hand was clean, so was the towel, but that was about the only positive thing with the room. Otherwise, this place is far from the backpacker place they claim to be.
