Kitchen and bathrooms could do with some updating. Overall experience was pleasant. Tasty breakfast.

I have stayed here three times now and the place is wonderful to stay at: very clean, great staff and wonderful food. A great place to relax. BUT: there is one thing that is making me reconsider staying here again. Upon check in they inform you that you have a limited amount of power (“15 units” whatever that means), regardless of how long your stay is, and if you use more than the given amount, you will have to settle your balance at the end. As a customer, I find this to be very tacky and unprofessional. I understand they are trying to conserve energy, but I would much rather pay a higher upfront cost than to be anxious my whole trip about what is supposed to be the hotels own overhead cost. They don’t tell you about this in any of their advertising! Be aware of it before you go!

Nice restaurant and pool, but apartment is really worn out and need to be upgraded and far away from supermarkets and restaurants. But price also reflect that.

We had such a bad experience at cysuites. Being my first time in Kenya,My wife recommended but when we went the room was nothing like the photo. The apartment has water damage the floors were cracked, Sink was stained and no pressure in the water, the tap was also lose, when we asked for room change, the other available room was on a top floor there is no lift and we had many heavy bags . we had to sleep in the apartment despite it not meeting environmental safety standard. we only stayed on night and could not even get a refund of the night we didn't stay. Overall the apartments need renovation and customer service was terrible. I would not recommend it to anyone anf im definitely never going back there.

The swimming pool was great and heated. All staff were super friendly! Some areas in the property could be better maintained. Food in the restaurant could be better.

The only negative remark is that there were stains on the wall -like someone killed a mosquito or another insect on the wall. Also, it would be nice if the apartment had mosquito net on the windows. While there was some net around the beds only, it didn’t stop mosquitoes from being in the apartment and seeing that there is no air conditioner, opening the window is necessary. I was bitten so much by mosquitoes at night in the living room. It was quite uncomfortable. Other than that, great customer service and really good hotel for the price.

Please update kitchens to have full sets of utensils, chefs knives for food prep, sofiros in good condition (not scratched on the cooking surface), ice trays for freezer, and water dispenser and lamps for the bedrooms. The bathrooms need additional towel racks and hooks. The housekeeping staff is top notch and do an excellent job!

The property was nice overall, and the people communicated well. However, there was very little to no hot water on some days. The room looked like and I loved the kitchen. They provided 4 water bottles of drinking water a day which was very nice. I would beware of the restaurant. The food there was very good but on first day they gave us the wrong bill and then came to our room to demand more money. The second time they charged us double for drinks that we ordered. I ordered singles they said they poured us doubles and charged us for it despite what I asked for.
