Small and cozy

Hotel located in a nice location but very average facility; no toiletries provided; basic room only. breakfast was horrible. Overall average hotel.

room had a hot water kettle coffe and tea packets sugar. shower pressure was ok but not great.. and had a normal good shower head not those electric ones that shock you when you touch them. mosquito net on above rails that goes around the bed.. worked but did see one or two on the walls in the morning. bed and pillows were fine and comfortable was quiet when I closed the windows and kept the fan on otherwise the bar below the garden view had a bit of loud drinkers and some music was playing after 12pm on Friday. upon entering room, fan made a screeching sound so that took a few minutes to replace.. phone in the room and worked fine. menu was great and I tried the Talapia Fish. the Chef made a tasty meal. Good job. Nothing much about the river.. just basically a small stream .. flower and plants make a nice relaxing atmosphere and tables in the garden etc.. Very nice equipped Bar and atmosphere. check out time is 10am however I asked If I could stay longer until 12pm and that wasn't a problem. in my opinion 60 dollars thru expedia was a bit much for this hotel. I'd having the price range at 45 per person would be a fair price.

Loved the local experience and restaurant. Comfortable bed, beautiful setting. Missed hot water but very helpful staff.

We stayed one night upon arrival to Nairobi and everything went fine. We especially appreciated the fact that we were allowed to check in earlier (we arrived early morning) and especially liked the beautiful and calm inside garden of the hotel. The staff at the garden bar was super nice and helpful and helped us with our tour planning (even offered to pay with her Mpesa account since we didn’t have any). Rooms were nice and clean, appropriate for the price we paid. We felt very safe during our stay.

Had a wonderful stay , feels out of tow,n yet is within the city

Nice clean place with a out of town experience that connects you with nature .

This is a comfortable property with kind people. I have stayed here happily on multiple occasions.

Det er et hotel af jævn standard, der kun lige har de basale ting til rådighed. F.eks. kunne jeg godt få et strygejern, men ikke et strygebræt. Hyggelig udendørsareal, og udmærket mad til en rimelig pris. Personalet er meget behjælpeligt og venligt. Det bedste ved hotellet er dets beliggenhed, da man undgår trafikstøj og anden larm. Hotellet ligger desuden inden for rimelig afstand af centrum samt Sarit Centre med gode indkøbs- og spisemuligheder.

Supermysigt, bra location, trevlig personal, god frukost

A good value for money -- in fact I prefer it to a slightly more expensive hotel down the road. Accommodation is clean and the property is well maintained. My big problem was the poor Wifi. I require Wifi for work but the Wifi network was either slow or not working at all. Despite my otherwise good impression, I will think twice before I return.

As described. Would stay here again. Friendly staff and convenient accommodations.
