ホテル ヴァンナ

For a hotel in Kenya it meets the local standards as a hotel can be. The hotel claimed they had a fitness center on property but they did not. The guest rooms are very plain and the bathroom situation was okay. The shower did not work as good as you would expect in a hotel. Out of the week that I was there I had to take 2 cold showers and the other days the water temperature was lukewarm. The food was actually good, I had breakfast and dinners on the property. The biggest caution I can provide is to make sure you get a receipt for every meal or in my case a purchase of bottle water. When I checked out of the hotel, they tried charging me for lunch one day and extra bottled water. After the situation was finally corrected which took a huge amount of time I left. From that moment I started receiving phone calls from the hotel claiming I owed them more money. I had received a total of 12 calls that morning from different individuals claiming I owed more money for my stay. Sad thing is they see you as a white person and expect to get more money out of you. Caution is the title of this review.
