Heb het hotel ervaren als een net, schoon hotel met zeer hulpvaardig personeel, bediening en eten in het restaurant vond ik prima. Helaas toch ook wel wat minder goede punten: het is een familie hotel, dus best wel veel kleine kinderen die spelen in en rond het zwembad, die VEEL geluid maken (daar had ik natuurlijk bij het boeken zelf op moeten letten), de kamer die ik had was erg gehorig, al vanaf s'morgens 06:00 uur waren de personeelsleden bijna woordelijk te verstaan, en veel dichtslaande deuren. Ook duurt het erg lang (soms wel 5 minuten) voor er warm water is in de douche. Dit zijn voor mij geen klachten, maar wel aandachtspunten voor het hotel management.

Nicest most helpful staff anywhere you can find. The breakfast is buffet style and excellent, definitely worth adding to your stay. Only issues were that it took a long time for warm water to flow and the water pressure was weak. The room was small but very clean. Decent location to beach activities, but definitely not in the heart of things.

The Supervisior Alex Treath me and shout me about one botthle what i want outside he make big Drama to me i have paid but he say not allowed taking outside.I tell him i make bad comment he say no problem what is this for Supervisior make the Hotel down the same Security will check my car and look i have gun i have feel very bad in this Hotel i come never back

Winifred the waitress, was always there to help you with food choice or drinks, And always smiling. Also Top chef, Thomas would always come out of kitchen and ask if your food was ok and not fergetting mzungu the other chef with his lovely pasta. Will definetly return.Graeme and Ross

Accessible, modest, budget friendly.

Once I had to be moved in the middle of the night due to mosquitoes, (the hotel DOES NOT supply mosquito nets) then I had to endure cold showers for at least 4 nights because the hot water system was NOT working.

Doesn’t look anything like the photos. The water coming out of the shower smells like sewage. I paid for 3 nights, but I couldn’t stay. It was horrible.

Gave staff a lower rating because one of them spoiled it for the rest , instead of spraying the room against mosquitoes as requested he went in ransacked bags and personal belongings looking for something to take i believe, at the end he left without doing what took him there in the first place . Please lock everything when you go to this place some characters that work there have no integrity

Lovely clean hotel

For the price it was an okay stay, rooms are clean and in good condition. Unfortunately, in the restaurant we did not always get what we ordered and at the end of our stay they wanted to charge us additionally. The staff tried to make us to resolve the matter and seemed uncaring for the whole situation. Which ended with an long and annoying conversation.

Amazing staff, and a great value for the quality of the property, staff, and pool. My only complaint is that the bed was a bit too firm; but I’ve found this very often in traveling. AC seemed to struggle a bit, never got cool enough in the room.

People were very nice and , good customer service. I can’t wait to visit again.

Amazing stay the manager and staff are very attentive and extremely accommodating! Alex the server did a great job with our food!

The hotel needs painting and alot of other general repairs They do not have a Wardrobe to keep clothes The rooms are stuffy The bedsheets dont look clean The swimming pool has cracks The food is bad Customer service is very slow What is listed in the catalogue available in the rooms is not what the hotel offers

I liked the buffet breakfast and the option that i didn't have to wake up so early to make it. The staff was very friendly and helpful . The rooms were clean my only issue was abit with hot water was not sometimes available but they did offer to change the rooms but we prefered to stay there. This is a hotel i would definitely recommend and would personally go back to .

Customer care was terrible . The amenities are over hyped

The hotel was pretty awesome however the booking process wasn't the advertised price was Ksh 2,870.00 per person per room but when we made the booking I was charged 62 Euros which translates to about Ksh 8,200.00 which wasn't what I was expecting.
