Very clean room. very spacious in a very good location for the beach, restaurants & bars

Pros: -Down a quiet lane -2nd floor has large patio. I was in room 5 and it was an absolutely massive corner room. -large pool with lots of shaded seating -very kind and accommodating staff -lobby was throughly cleaned daily -powerful air con, fan, and fridge provided in room -located a 7 minute walk to the grocery store and other shops Cons: -no towels given that were allowed for the beach -shower in room was wonky and sprayed all over the bathroom -meals ordered for dinner were not very tasty -temperature in showers was very extreme- scalding or cold Extra info - hot water not turned on till 17:00 -power outages that seemed more widespread than our hotel. Remedied quickly.

The place is located a short walk from cafes restaurant and the beach. Not that anyone in Diani walks. You ride tuktuk or motorbikes everywhere. The power came and went so keeping the ac wasn’t really an option. Water was either icecold or scolding hot in the shower. Cleaning staff were amazing! Didn’t really use the restaurant in the hotel much. I left in the morning and came back in the evening every day.

I didnt like the space it was a converted private home.Children who seemed part of the owners family were running around in the grounds.Leak in the room that had been ongoing for some time.Much better places to stay so wont return .

What a gem of a property this is and the name is fitting as it can be a little difficult to find. The check in was a little slow as the women who is the mother of the owner Ann, was a little green and it took a bit longer than I would have liked. Then Cynthia took me up to the room and what a great surprise! The room was so large with a huge bedroom/living room area; large hallway with plenty of drawer and closet space; a walk in shower with many hoses and the bathroom included a bodet, two robes, slippers and plenty of towels. The service and food were outstanding provided by Cythia and Miriam. The desk was very accomodating to my needs. The pool was clean and refreshing. My only issue was the flies (perhaps some netting would help). Michael made me feel secure and the property is close to the beach, shops and banks. Compliments to the chef on the food items including a great Eggs Florentine and American Steak Sandwich. The housekeeping and pool maintenance staff were always hard at work keeping the property clean. I will definitely return when I come back to Diani Beach!

Heel vriendelijke en hulpvaardige mensen, leuk en rustig verblijf in de nabijheid van winkeltjes, supermarkt en restaurants. Tip als je er eet: doe op voorhand je bestelling tegen een bepaald uur, het bespaart je het wachten.

Seaclusion feels like a home away from home. Excellent staff service. Food was delicious. Cosy pool area. Draw backs were signs of wear and tear in my room. Missing shutter knubs and bathroom door not closing properly.

Stay was fantastic with welcoming and amazing team.Very clean and wonderful food.

I really enjoyed my stay! The rooms are very spacious, including the toilet and they have air-conditioning as well.I traveled solo but I felt so much at home especially with the friendly stuff who were extremely nice! I will definitely come back again and recommend a friend.

Staff were friendly, polite and helpful with suggestions and transport around the area.

Great location

I traveled to Kenya for the first time and as a solo female traveler. I was warmly welcomed. The whole staff was super friendly. I had a big room which was absolutely clean, and very good breakfast and dinner. I am looking forward to meet Caroline, Patrick, Juliet and all others again.

Nous avons passé 8 jours dans l hôtel. Nous y étions comme a la maison. La chambre était très belle, spacieuse , bien propre . Les serviettes sont en suffisance, il y a des peignoirs , des serviettes de plage. Le personnel est extra . Une mention speciale pour Caroline et Patrick qui sont des personnes souriantes, gentilles , serviables, et qui ont fait de notre sejour un vrai plaisir . Le service de cuisine est délicieux, tous les plats sont frais, cuisinés sur le moment , et vraiment savoureux . Nous conseillerons avec grand plaisir votre etablissement . Extremely well managed property. Clean, peaceful and secure. Good food, good location close to shopping, local bars and restaurants. Good value for money. Will definitely stay here again.

I do not appreciate being accused of doing something that I didn't do. Our taxi with told to stay until they checked the rooms. We thought we got along well with these people until it was time to leave. We were accused of stealing a washcloth, that's right or washcloth! My dad paid the owner 300 shillings for a used wash cloth that we did not steal. We had a train to catch and didn't have time to stand there and argue over a washcloth. The bartender and chef were awesome they did a fantastic job!

When I booked I had to pay the total up front non refundable. When we arrived I was told by the lady at the front desk that she'd check and see whats owed, I told her I paid the total and I didnt owe anything so that was the end of that. The air condition did not work properly in the penthouse stayed the first night uncomfortably, was offered a free night and I can change to a lesser room, but the air did work in that room. Any time you leave the room you have to take the key card out of the slot when you remove it from the slot all the power cuts off in the room so every time you come back you have to cut the air on and wait till the room cools. The staff and food are awesome the food is a bit pricy but it is good. The cherry on top came when we were about to check out at 5:30 a.m. and the owner came down to greet us ( well thats what I thought anyway) but instead she held our taxi like we was in some kind of a communist compound, till she could have her staff member check the room. The staff member called down and said a washcloth was missing!!!! So she accused us of stealing a washcloth and for those of you wondering no we did not steal a washcloth! My lady friend I offered to let her check our bags but I said hell no we had to get to the train station to catch our train back to Nairobi. I told her I would pay for a washcloth, she was standing there when I open my wallet to bring the money out and I said how much is a washcloth she said how much do you have!!!!

The hotel is nicely located - calm and yet central. The building looks nice inside and out, the pool is awesome and the room was great beyond all expectations! The staff was always so very nice and helpful and I when I travel to Diana again I will most certainly stay at no other place than this one.
