Very clean! Safe. Didn’t use the pool but hotel amenities were great! Gym was well appointed, clean and very well maintained Massage services offered didn’t have a dedicated spa area. Rather massages were given in spare hotel rooms. Explains the “affordable” prices offered. Let’s just say the massages my wife and I received from Eve and Jane were absolutely outstanding. Very professional and extremely well done! From our discussions with both Eve and Jane we understand both are trained as Massage Therapist and the treatments we received were worth every penny! Hopefully a dedicated spa facility will be available to truly showcase the spa services. Staff in the dining area and front desk very extremely polite and friendly. Service was excellent!

I recently had the pleasure of booking a deep tissue massage session with Jian, and it was truly an outstanding experience. From start to finish, Jian demonstrated a high level of professionalism and expertise. Her deep tissue techniques were incredibly effective, and she really helped relieve the long-term tension I had in my back. I felt completely at ease and in very capable hands throughout the entire session. I can’t recommend her highly enough if you’re looking for a skilled and caring massage therapist.

Clean room. Great staff. Nice pool area. Located close to Wilson. Food was expensive.

Front staff were very personable and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed mattress was excellent. A very comfortable stay.

Very nice

This was a nice hotel, conveniently located in central Nairobi near Nairobi National Park and shopping centers. The hotel is clean, has a nice restaurant/bar with good food, and the staff is excellent. Nairobi is a busy city with lots of traffic. I would not consider it walkable, but Ubers and taxis are convenient and affordable. If you like meat, the famous Carnivore restaurant is right next door to the hotel.

Staff was great. Friendly helpful. Rooms were spacious and nice. No bar fridge. Limited coffee. No decaf. No whitener.

Stay was great. Hotel shuttle from airport was sketchy. Had to first call airport to find out where they were. Then old car that needed a boost picked us up.

I had such a great experience and the staff were very attentive to detail. Shout out to Morris at the restaurant who made dining such an enjoyable experience and Monica at the front desk who was quick to support and help as we needed.

Property was tired. Carpets were dirty and stained. No privacy in open bathroom and open shower exposed to room. Awful.

Tamarind… is in the top 1% of best places to stay in Nairobi! Great service, impeccably clean, always good food, very comfortable and secure. Highly recommended!!

Nice stay for business hotel. Restaurant is overpriced and area around hotel not great. I would recommend to stay in Karen if heading out that way but overall nice stay with descent facilities.
