ザ ルーク ホテル クレイバーズ ティーカ

I stayed at the Luke Hotel and Cravers, the entire month of December. I enjoyed the Holidays so much; I was sad to leave and return to the U.S. Christmas was special. with decorations, lights, trees everywhere and American Holiday music playing. Christmas Day: I was greeted with a gift from the staff, the pool, sitting area and Cravers was filled to capacity with children playing and of course Santa Claus was there with candy for us kids. The long established, Kikuyu culture, and charming and hospitable customs, welcomes the World.

I have stayed here many times over the last 6 years, from America, and always enjoy coming to Kenya 🇰🇪. Craver’s Restaurant and buffet breakfast with the room, are equal or better than the U.S.

Super amazing place with great services and cleanness of the highest quality.

The Hotel is Nice and stay is Comfortable, but Amenities and Services are Below Average, there was No even a Guest Dental Kits even the small one which is very economical and given to the guests .There was No Shower Caps, No Enough Bar Soap, only a Single small one, Drinking water is issued only Once, Room Service is too Costly considering there is no Complementary services given to the Guests .Except I got Check out late for 2hours which of course in many 3 star Hotels it's Normal....

I booked this hotel through Expedia for a young college graduate. He informs me the room was very nice. However, I booked through Expedia for too many nights. I requested a refund timely per the email instructions. The phone # on email did not work, nor did the response email. I had my Kenyan lawyer colleagues contact the hotel directly from Nairobi. No response. They took my money, refused to honor the Expedia agreement, and sent an email asking for more money to "top up" because when I booked, their website was updating prices. I feel very mistreated and I think others should be warned.

The gym and the pool and the Restarant are good advaantages

Die Unterkunft ist OKAY. Landestypisch. Das zugehörige Restaurant ist eine Katastrophe und sollte gemieden werden. Schlechte Speisen zu hohen Preisen und sehr unfreundliches Personal.

Their continuous cleaning of the rooms and corridors is excellent.

When I got in the room that I paid for I did not get the girl at the reception had me walk up and down looking for a room in the front this service was horrible

The bathroom was disgusting. There were roaches by the sink. Dirty carpets... Just gross. The bed was clean though so we slept ok. The staff were also friendly. They just need to take better care of it. should be rated at a 2 star.

Good hotel, the staff are great & accommodating. They have amenities listed, but aren't offered, like feeling fans, Wi-Fi in all rooms. This was quite disappointing as the rooms are very hot & it's false advertising. Thry would have scored higher if not for this.

No hot shower. Very basic bathroom. Electrics need attention.

Märkligt att en uppgradering på plats kostar mer än vad den skulle gjort på nätet. Att temperaturen i duschen ej gick att ställa in var en sak, men att upptäcka det genom en smärre elchock medan man försöker, är ingen kul upplevelse. Städningen sköttes oklanderligt, personalen var trevlig, TV:n bjöd på 3½ kanal, samtliga med dålig bild. Bassängen rengjordes inte dagligen, men när det skedde tog det lång tid och ett förmiddagsbad stod därför ej att få. Sängarna är strama men rätt behagliga. Inga turistbroschyrer eller kartor fanns i receptionen, ej heller tillgång till "gästdator".

I enjoyed my stay here very much. Everything I needed was at the hotel and I did not need to go far for anything else. Very reasonable price for the accommodations as well.

Nice place......The hotel said they did not receive email to confirm my Hotels.com booking and I had to forward mine. Nice breakfast
