Everything was super but the noise from contruction sites next door and the road in front.

Hotel confortável, com excelente café da manhã e atendimento. A piscina estava fechada para manutenção e isso não foi mencionado no ato da reserva... ficamos desapontados. Mas sugeriram que usássemos a piscina do Hyatt. O hotel é bem mau localizado, em uma área feia e perigosa. Não dá para sair a pé para passear.

I had a wonderful stay at Kempinski, and this being my third visit this year says it all. Irene at the front desk was welcoming and efficient, Frantz, Alvin, and Moses from guest support were consistently attentive, and Ruth at the Balcony Bar delivered excellent service. The strong leadership of GM Hakiki is clearly reflected in the team. Exceptional service throughout — I’ll definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was beautiful and had such an easy, relaxing feel to it. The staff were incredibly friendly and thoughtful — they paid attention to the little things, and it really showed. Breakfast was amazing, especially the buffet. Everything was fresh and delicious, and the service was excellent. Our room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a short getaway. I honestly wish we had stayed longer. Definitely a place I’d choose again on our next trip. Thank you for the great experience!

Magnifique hôtel. Nous avons testé le service “ concierge”. Il a résolut nos problèmes de billets d avions en appelant plusieurs fois l Europe, sans frais pour nous. Nous avons demandé deux espresso en chambre, on nous à installé une machine Nespresso avec capsules à volonté. Le breakfast est TOP ! Le repas dans restaurant TOP ! Les employés ont le sourire. Le fitness est moderne avec Patrick le coach qui donne de super conseils. Service limousine pour l aéroport. Sauna, aman, piscine… literie top… rapport qualité/prix imbattable. Vous l avez compris, on vous le recommande fortement.

Staff were very good, hotel is very impressive. Alas, the noise from the traffic is loud, the rooms would benefit from a significant upgrade to the double-glazed patio doors to the balconies, if I stayed again, then I would book a smaller room facing away from the expressway.

A special shout-out to Judith, Cynthia, John, and Irene at the front desk — always courteous, efficient, and genuinely caring. You made check-in and check-out seamless. To the restaurant team — Basweti, Christine, Catherine, Sylvia, and Meshack — thank you for your outstanding service and attention to detail. Each meal was beautifully presented and served with heart. And to Moses, Alvin, and the security and room-service team, your quiet vigilance and kindness did not go unnoticed. I felt completely safe and cared for throughout my stay. This is more than a five-star hotel — it’s a home of excellence. Highly recommended! 🌟🌹

Vi havde nogle skønne dage på dette lækre luksushotel. Personalet er alle søde, imødekommende og hjælpsomme. Hotellet er flot og har nogle skønne fællesarealer og værelser. Maden på hotellet smagte skønt. Vi havde booket et værelse med balkon. Det vil vi nok ikke gøre næste gang vi besøger hotellet. Hotellet er beliggende ud til en vej med meget trafikstøj, så derfor foretrak vi at blive inde på vores værelse fremfor at sidde på balkonen.
