Très bon accueil. Hotel très bien situé au milieu de la verdure. Personnel souriant et sympathique, agréable et délicieux petit déjeuner.

Nous avons passé une nuit absolument parfaite dans cet hôtel. La chambre était impeccablement propre, spacieuse et décorée avec goût. Le lit était extrêmement confortable, nous avons très bien dormi. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et délicieux. Le service était irréprochable, le personnel était accueillant, professionnel et toujours prêt à nous aider. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel et nous y reviendrons sans hésitation ! ---

Hivernage was amazing. The garden and pool area are such a nice and quiet escape from wherever you are coming from. The service here is also outstanding, the staff go out of their way on every request.

This place was so beautiful and the staff was so incredibly friendly. It is close to all the major sites and the service is amazing.

Honestly best service ever, made to feel like royalty, no ask too big. Best hotel ive stayed in Marrakesh and will certainly come back

Relaxing

Temperatures were running even higher than normal so I msg'd the Riad prior to our cancellation date to ensure that the a/c was working well and was assured it was. The riad knew our arrival time because they arranged for our transportation. When we arrived the air in the room was not on (it was 112 that day!) When they turned it on, initially cold air was coming out but within 1 hour, no more cold air. Abraham offered to move us to a "better" room for an additional fee. The room was larger but the a/c unit could not handle the size of the room. We wound up sleeping on the couch because it was the closest to the a/c. We shared our frustrations with Ayoub, a different mgr, and he was completely customer focused. We had to move to yet a 3rd different room, but he assured us that the a/c would work properly and he delivered on his promise. The only downside was no a/c in the bathroom area so you had to shower quickly and then get ready in the bedroom. This riad could be amazing if they would do 2 things...upgrade the a/c in each room (there are only 6!) and improve the level of customer service. Ayoub is fantastic - as is the young lady that cleans the rooms and much of the property - and they are what kept us at the property! Ayoub was truly the one person who really seemed to care about customer satisfaction and would not only keep his promise but follow up to make sure your problem was resolved to your satisfaction. This place could go from good to great...

Tout a été parfait. Le personnel est exceptionnel ainsi que l'hôtel.. Juste magnifique.

Le calme de l établissement, la décoration soigné, petite piscine mais très utile, le tout dans un quartier retiré et sécurisé

Établissement propre et entretenu tous les jours. Changement des tapis lorsque nous y etions. La salle de bain de notre chambre est à revoir : robinetterie , douche.

We have booked our Holiday for one week in Hotel Hivernage Secret Suites & Garden but unfortunately, the Room was very cold the Carpets and the Bath towels were very old the Restaurant is no Restaurant it was a room with a feu table no atmosphere, for me it didn’t look like a restaurant. At the Breakfast, there was no service we waited for 20Minuts and we couldn’t help our self’s Because it was a very small variety that we couldn’t eat after that we went out to eat our Breakfast. The Riad didn’t look like on the Internet, it's Small. The TV remote control had old Batteries you can`t change the TV Stations. The Terrassa on the ground and on the top floor had very poor furnisher. For me, I will give this Riad a maximum of 2 Stars. Unfortunately, after tow night we couldn’t stand it so we went to match better Hotel and also we lost the Money that we paid. In General, don’t believe the rate on the Internet and be Shure before you book online its your Monay!

If you like quiet friendly places then this is the place for you! We has trouble finding it because although it's very near to the town it's well hidden. Its set in q nice garden and only has about 6 rooms so a very peaceful place to stay. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Rooms generally very clean although the wardrobe could have done with a bit of a dusting. On site restaurant food very nice but as to be expected, it's a bit more pricey than venturing out to one of the many restaurants in the town. Within easy walking distance of Marrakech main shopping mall and also easy to walk to the new town. Old town only 5-10 mins in a taxi. Hotel was also very happy to arrange trips to see different tourist attractions and the price for these was actually very reasonable. Was a little disappointed they didn't give complimentary water / fruit in our room for our arrival but they did give us a nice mint tea. Room facilities good with good Wi-Fi and tv. Minor niggles aside, we were very pleased with our choice of place to stay and if we ever come back to Marrakech we would definitely stay here again.

Hivernage Secret Suites was what we hoped for -- a comfortable, roomy place centrally located but still outside the congestion of Medina. In many ways, it felt more like a mansion than a hotel. Well maintained, and showed heritage unmatched by new hotels. More privacy than a bed-and-breakfast. Not a riad, since it is not built around a central courtyard. However, the advantage of the layout is spacious feel to the beautiful gardens and pool/patio areas. We found the food delicious and eating poolside was lovely. The staff was unfailingly eager to please. Big balcony went unused due to early October heat. Safe, modern neighborhood. At the very outer range of walking distance to Medina, but easy to get a taxi. The only minor complaints were balky cable TV reception and wi-fi that didn't quite reach to our room. We didn't visit Morocco to be glued to electronics anyway.

Un endroit exceptionnel à Marrakech pour passer des momemts agréables, géographiquement est situé près de tout, je recommande vivement.
