ホテル リウ パレス ティキダ タガズー - オールインクルーシブ

Immense hôtel, vraiment.... 6/7km par jour dans l'hôtel. Un labyrinthe car mal indiqué. Trou perdu sans rien autour. Si les espaces communs étaient entretenus comme les espaces verts ... Des assiettes au sol 5 jours dans notre bâtiment, des insectes et bouts de verre ( pratique pour retrouver son chemin)... Immense cantine, on trouve de quoi se nourrir mais pas une fois un vrai whaooo, par contre le petit dej top. Du personnel formidable et du tête à claque qui veut du pourboire et fonce sur les anglais. Peu francophone, c'est déstabilisant au Maroc. C'est un '' palace '' mais il faut demander pour un peu tout, normalement ça marche pas comme ça.... La guerre des transats xxl, j'ai vu une femme faire un saut en extension comme au handball pour jeter ses serviettes sur un matelas en pensant qu'on allait le prendre, lol... Un volume de bruit élevé, un volume de musique dans le hall concert absolument énorme... vraiment le sentiment d'être en Algarve ou aux Baléares tant tout semble être fait pour séduire les anglais. Le wifi est là mais instable et peu fiable, j'ai pris un forfait Maghreb après 24h.... Bref, c'est moyen... Il y a le soleil, les piscines, l'océan extrêmement propre, le petit déj' et quelques cocktails en positif, et beaucoup de trucs pas terribles ou mauvais de l'autre côté, des fois on en rigole, dès fois et surtout quand c'est à notre détriment on rigole pas du tout.... Nous n'y retournerons pas c'est certain, la balance pèse trop dans le négatif.

I have stayed at the RIU hotels and resorts in 4 countries and it was a first for me to be disappointed. Although there were some lovely customer service the service overall was very hit and miss. Some staff acknowledged me making sure I was seated and drinks were offered at meals but majority didn't. As a regular solo traveller that pays more to be in luxury hotels such as this, it was disappointing that I wasnt treated the same as the other guests that were couples and families. Beautiful location, lots of things to do for everyone

Wir würden das Hotel weiterempfehlen und auch wieder buchen. Das Zimmer war sauber und Top ausgestattet, wunderbare Sicht aufs Meer. Die Anlage war gepflegt und sauber. Die Mitarbeitenden an der Reception waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Frühstücksmitarbeiter waren wohl nicht immer motiviert und manchmal hat man dies als Gast auch gespürt oder beobachten können. Das Essen im Hauptrestaurant war gut und abwechslungsreich, man konnte immer was finden. In den drei Themen Restaurant war das Essen okey oder wir hatten einfach eine andere Vorstellung. An der Bar hatte man eine Auswahl an Getränken und die Mitarbeitenden waren immer freundlich und zu einem Spass aufgelegt.

Excellent sejour en couple. Emplacement idéal pour profiter de la plage et du village de Taghazout .Chambre spacieuse et magnifique décoration. Un jaccuzi extérieur réservé aux adultes seraient par contre appréciable.

As a world traveler this has to be one of the most luxurious all inclusive resorts I’ve was blessed to visit of anywhere around the world. 5stars ..

Excellent …..

We have just spent a week at the RIU Taghazout, beautiful hotel with immaculately kept grounds. The staff were fantastic, so friendly and welcoming and can’t do enough for you! Particularly Rami in the restaurant - Thankyou for the fantastic service all week! The food was delicious - did get a little same-y but that’s to be expected with an all inclusive, there were however plenty of options enough to please any palette! An abundance of pools to choose from and all public areas are kept spotless!

Cadre magnifique, service impeccable, buffets somptueux, nickel

90% of the loungers were taken and nobody was in them. People get up at 7am to 'reserve' sun loungers by just putting towels on them, then they just come and go as they please. I seen one couple reserve a premium lounge bed at 7am then not return until noon. I seen another women reserve a premium lounger, she came back after two hours to put some suncream on then left again. Another two hours later she was sunbathing on the beach while she had a premium lounger 'reserved' because she had a cardigan on the bed. I wish the hotel would monitor this and just move the towels and put personal items in lost property. Me and my partner just starting moving towels and sitting wherever, we got away with it a couple times and had one altercation with another couple who reserved it 4 hours earlier then spent the morning at the markets expecting there lounger to be waiting for them. Otherwise nice stay

Nous avons passé trois nuits inoubliables dans cet hôtel absolument magnifique. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été charmés par l’accueil chaleureux et le professionnalisme du personnel. Les infrastructures sont modernes, élégantes et parfaitement entretenues. Mention spéciale pour les piscines à débordement avec vue sur l’océan — un vrai spectacle au coucher du soleil ! La chambre était spacieuse, très confortable et impeccablement propre, avec une literie de qualité et un balcon offrant une superbe vue. Le service All-Inclusive est à la hauteur : les buffets sont variés, les plats délicieux et les restaurants à la carte sont un vrai plus. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les saveurs locales et la fraîcheur des produits. Côté détente, le spa est un havre de paix, et les activités proposées permettent de se divertir tout en profitant de l’environnement idyllique. L’accès direct à la plage est également très appréciable pour des balades au bord de l’eau. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour leur attention et leur gentillesse. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs plein la tête et l’envie de revenir très vite. Si vous cherchez un endroit pour vous ressourcer dans un cadre luxueux et dépaysant, ne cherchez plus : le Riu Palace Tikida Taghazout est la destination parfaite !

Beautiful property! Very well maintained and the staff work very hard to keep it that way. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Huge selection of good food at the buffet. Excellent spa facilities. Lots of beautiful seating areas around the resort. Would definitely return to this hotel.

Bel hôtel Malheureusement trop loin du centre. On entend le bruit dans les couloirs ou les chambres voisines.

Détente au calme

It happy with stay, due to red warning for Uk I had to extend my stay which took over 2 hours, also got over charged as I had no option. Great hotel I wish they could do better on service
