We stayed two nights and were very satisfied with our room. The bed was amazing, it was clean and cozy. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was great.

the hotel is amazing located right in the center of the city, i was on the new floor that was inaugurated 2 days ago and it had a lot of teething issues overall its a great hotel to stay

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, nice breakfast, great location just off the main street.

The hotel is undergoing renovations. From the time I checked in there was nonstop drilling and banging above my room. Hotels should be forced to disclose this to customers. Besides that, the rooms are tiny. I barely had room to open my suitcase and I was in “good” room. The tv didn’t work. Then the balcony door handle was faulty. I travel constantly, rarely comment, but this time I had no choice. I was duped.

This place is absolutely a 5 star property in terms of service, cleanliness, comfort, and location! It is not possible to rate this place high enough. I will always stay at this hotel when I come to Prishtina. I am typically a Hilton fan (I'm a Diamond member) and this family run hotel beats them hands down in every way possible!

Amazing customer oriented staff. The rooms are on the smaller end but well appointed. The breakfast is as good as any restaurant. Highly recommended the hotel.

This is my second stay, in a month, and the water is still only mildly warm. I had hoped to make this the hotel for me in my two year stay but I’ll be trying another hotel. Hot water is a must. The breakfast is excellent. The staff is the best. The room is very tiny—such that I could not sit at the desk—I’m not a big man either. 5’10”; 175. if one was planning to get any work done, you might try for a larger room (I think I had economy, and it was tiny). So to sum it up, needs hot water, and get a bigger room of staying over with work. Breakfast is the best.

Everything was perfect but the shower temperature was not as hot as one might like it to be. The staff was incredibly nice. The dining room staff was superior and I watched a woman take abuse from a man complaining about croissants that was unfounded. She remained so calm. I had to speak in defense of the croissants to say I thought they were perfectly delicious. So breakfast was great. It was very very very good. If the water was hotter, it would get all 5 stars. I’ll stay here again… if then price is right.

Ideaal gelegen, honderd meter van de Nene Theresa-boulevard met alle winkels. Personeel uiterst vriendelijk en helpen je graag. Er zijn 3 parkeerplaatsen op de stoep voor de deur, meestal bezet. De City-kamer is de kleinste kamer die ze hebben en voor 1 persoon gaat dat net. Met 2 personen ga je qua ruimte al moeite hebben. Maar daar betaal je dan ook naar. Hier en daar wat afbladderende verf op de kasten. Jammer genoeg zijn de gordijnen niet volledig verduisterend; aan de zijkant komt er genoeg licht binnen om je tijdig te wekken. Dit is in heel de Balkan een terugkerend ding. Verder zeker een aanrader!

Trevlig personal och bra service med hjälp av bokning taxi till flygplats mm. Ganska litet. Ok frukost där man fick bestämma omelett söt pannkaka som gjordes eftersom. Dag 2 var mycket slut så det var ett minus. Vårt rum var fuktskadat på en vägg vilket var ofräscht. Bra dusch. Läge mitt i smeten. Oslagbart.
