Rooms were good in space, furniture was alright, view and location were perfect

Check in service is very excellent and fast! The front desk staff are are very helpful and kind. But highlight of our stay is because of our experience in the Vitality spa. The staff are very excellent and their massage service is one of a kind! I will surely recommend it to my friends and family! Kudos for Staff Mini Sam! However I would suggest if they can improve their television and the telephone. Its is really old and difficult to use.

Iqbal the reception helped us alot and really was welcoming and hope everyone learns from him and how he treats his guests

욕조가 있다고 했는데 실제는 없어요. 정확한 사진제공 부탁드려요. 실제는 샤워시설만 있고, 어덥터도 미 조치.

Loved the breakfast buffet for its variety. Clealiness and attention from staff was exceptional. Im noy sure why there are two or three different prices for breakfast w room. I picked the cheaper optiom and still got full breakfast buffe my for two.

The stuff were very friendly and responsive to my demands specially the electrical conversion from US plug to their plugs

The location of the hotel was very convenient. The staff were amazing.

وصلت الساعة ١١ الظهر ولم توجد غرفة فارغة وانتظرت لمدة ساعة ونصف للحصول على غرفة فارغة بعد تنظيفها ، و هذا لا يليق بمستوى الفندق ، حيث يوجد غرف فارغة و لكنهم لم يدخلوني بها لأنها سعرها أغلى ، مع وجود عدة عوائل تنتظر بنفس المشكلة ، و المفترض عمل ترقية للشخص بدلاً من طول الانتظار و الحفاظ على سمعة الفندق حتى لو كان الدخول الفعلي الساعة الثانية ظهراً ، بالإضافة إلى عدم وجود مواقف مضللة للسيارات عن أشعة الشمس تليق بمستوى الفندق .

Aussicht aufs Meer war sehr schön, Bushaltestelle vor dem Hotel, nach Kuwait City ca. 1h Fahrt mit dem Linienbus, Taxen unproblematisch sofort da; leider ist der Strand durch eine Schnellstraße vom Hotel getrennt und leider war auch das Gym gerade im Umbau, also nicht benutzbar, aber das personal war sehr nett, auch im Restaurant, Frühstück war sehr gut

Excellent location and staff. Wealthy breakfastincluded

All Staff where lovely and very helpful. Breakfast buffet and their staff were really nice. But the hotel is soo old. Our toilet had a strong sewage smell. The bed and blankets were not comfortable. Toilet is old as well. We asked for extra bed for 1 night and it wasn’t comfortable at all. For the price we paid we unfortunately won’t come back again.

This hotel is right on the beach & ideal for a break from the city life. The rooms are really clean & the staff are exemplary & personified with their warm smile & their impeccable behaviour to one & all. The breakfast style is very comprehensive & they offer hot food & festooned with a variety of pasties, breads to suit anyone’s taste buds. My only issue, is the hotel is not anywhere near some some of the tourist attractions but that said they are only a bus or taxi ride away. By & large the Grand Hotel is quiet & the staff are the very reason why I would visit again!

The hotel is ok. Only enjoyed the food but the room is average. Gym and all other facility are still not opened. I think there is loads room to improve.

The hotel has a great location & view, but needs a lot of maintenance
