ホテル自体は少し古さを感じさせるが、従業員は皆フレンドリーで感じが良かった。 ホテルの周りには特に何も無いので、プールでのんびり過ごした。

ビジネスに使用しましたが、急な対応にも全て快く応えてくれて、おすすめできます。海外でスピード感を持ってサービスしてくれるところはあまり聞いたことがありませんので、特にビジネスユースに推薦できます。

スタッフのサービスが非常に良く、あらゆるリクエストの応えてくれます。顧客対応のある出張者の方におすすめできます。

立地が不便

The staffs are really helpful and friendly. Their service has been the highlight of my stay. However, the location of the hotel is really bad, there is literally nothing around, no convenience store, no supermarket….. no retail area, only a Starbucks that is 5 minutes walk away. it is really hard even to call a cab to go outside. Also, taxi drivers are so confused about the direction of the hotel and they couldn’t find their way when we hire a taxi to get back from the city.

Nicole N and her colleagues took very well care of us. Thank you very much. Good pool but also very good, no, excellent breakfast. Also dinner and lunch options are great. The vicinity is not very inspiring.

The hotel is like in the middle of nowhere. Noisy and not clean.

Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful, especially at the desk and the breakfast. The hotel is large, with a nice pool (although it's more for fun than for swimming). The room is spacious but the bathroom could use a renovation since the tub is a bit small and the shower faucet and taps felt quite old. But there's a bidet which is a huge plus and not common in hotels. The bed was very comfy. Unfortunately the aircon flow was shooting directly on the desk where you place the computer to work etc. so I had to shut it off while at the desk. You get a few bottles of water each day which is really handy. Breakfast choice is good for pastries etc. Great cappuccino e good coffee. Unfortunately no karak tea. I only had dinner once and it was good. The location is OK if you need to be close to something but there's really nothing to see if you want to take a walk around. Next time I'll probably stay close to the city center since Careem is really handy to get taxis.

The staff is very nice, and the rooms confortable, clean and nice. Buy the exteriors (pool, etc) are a little bit old and the worst is the location. In a industrial area with dificult access.

The elevator was a a piece from a hunted house. And the rooms smells like they were fluided before.

Great hotel, very nice inside with a lot of history, portrait, and confort. Very calm and has a ery nice backyard and swimming pool.

Otelin konumu iyi değildi ve otele giden yol tam bir felaketti. Bununla birlikte otel oldukça eski olmasına rağmen oldukça konforlu idi.

Large property with nicely landscaped outside pool area and garden. Large room with balcony and garden view. Very friendly and helpful reception staff, particularly Ms. Ryzza and Mr. Khaled Shawky who were very helpful to solve a cancelled first night reimbursement after a flight cancellation. Excellent restaurant available in the hotel as well.

First and most importantly, this hotel is located in Al Shuwaikh industrial area near the sea port so don't expect services, restaurants or entertainment here, you need a car to move around and it's quiet a distance to the nearest live area as the traffic is sometimes very hectic. Although rated 5* the hotel is not even close to 4* as it's very old and designed to look very historic and classic old. The hotel atmosphere is very pleasant with good staff, however, it lacks focus in cleanliness as the hotel is old and needs more attention to details. The poolside rooms are very spacious and very welcoming but the furniture is not so luxurious and it looks of a local made. All in all it was a pleasant stay and I thank the management for doing their best to satisfy the hotel residents.

Wir hatten irgendwie andere Erwartungen von einem Mövenpick Hotel. Die Lage war eher ungünstig, da sie sehr weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt war (Wo man sowieso nicht viel machen konnte). Das Hotel sah eher alt aus und in einer Art und Weise heruntergekommen, dass man sich nicht so richtig wohl gefühlt hat. Die gesamte Infrastruktur des Hotelgebäudes sah alt und rissig aus, der Pool war dreckig und ungepflegt und das Essen in dem internationalen Restaurant war auch nicht das Beste wirklich. Das einzige was es hervorzuheben gilt war die Freundlichkeit der Hotel-Mitarbeiter. Da hört es aber auch schon auf dann! Zusammenfassend lässt sich eher sagen, dass das Hotel sich auch keine wirkliche Mühe gibt einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu vermitteln. Wir würden also definitiv nicht wiederkommen.
