201号室のバスルームでお湯がなかなか出なかった

Not a big hotel. But it's enough and it's a comfortable size for me.

朝食時レストランで白米の対応をして頂きました。

スペシャルシングルでバスタブ付をダメ元リクエストしたらタブがついていました、前4泊の四星がシャワーだったのでゆっくり休めました。湯は中々暖かくならず、時間帯により温度が低い。広さは充分。フロントの対応はまあまあだか、フロントでアラ、アチャ公園行きのタクシーを頼んだとき、事前に何度も確認したはずの公園入場料金が含んでいる事を最後に運転手から請求された。メモに残さなかったのは失敗。朝食は、まあまあだか、注文して焼いてもらった、オムレツは美味しかった。 再訪には又泊まると思う。

Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Compliments to the chef as they make everything from scratch daily. Boorsoks (pastry) were made daily, hot and fluffy, it felt like home. Porridge was just like my grandma's, I had flashbacks of flavors. The whole staff was friendly and helpful. The room was smaller than I had expected but it was standard single room. I think I will come back just to have breakfast there. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The pictures on the booking site indicated the room comes with a bathtub, however my room came with a shower. Reception was helpful. There was a decent breakfast spread. The interior of the hotel showed some wear and tear (peeling paint on ceiling) but was clean and comfortable overall.

The air conditioning (AC) were not working at all, they were in a poor condition which once you switch off it does not start again. The hotel was out of hot water for the 48 hours. They said it’s a national problem. I gave my cloths for landury they have charged me 2600 for a few cloths which was not mentioned on thier description that laundry is out of pocket fee. One highlight point was the staff at the front desk and doormats was quite helpful and friendly. Overall very unorganized, Not recommended.

I liked everything. The location is convenient. The hotel is cozy. The breakfasts were very tasty and fresh, there was even fresh raspberry jam😋 delicious. It was raining heavily, they gave me an umbrella, it was comfortable. The staff is friendly. Thank you . Next time I will definitely come to your hotel. Sincerely your guest Lilia.

While it was a short 06 hour stay before our flight, the receptionisit was amazing. She helped answer all the questions we had, arranged for a taxi and spoke English which is quite rare in Bishkek. The room was clean and comfortable. Equally the washroom was very clean with amenities and hot shower. Bed was nice and comfortable. The hotel was centrally located and certainly more nights if you are staying in Bishkek would be amazing here.

- rooms very noisy. Even if you turn off the ac and the refrigerator some sort of machine voice comes to the room and it made my sleep miserable. They offered to change my room but the other room was as noisy as the first one. + good location + good breakfast + personal were friendly and polite

Restaurants and supermarket 1 block away. Room had fridge water jug for coffee. Hotel will arrange airport transfet for 1000.

Clean rooms. nice bathroom bath and shower . good size rooms. friendly staff. 24 hour reception. Cooked to order breakfast. Nice restaurant. English and Russian speaking reception.

Good location, modern hotel with good facilities (football on TV)

Das Hotel war insgesamt in Ordnung. Weniger gut ist die Lage, die Straße ist auch nachts durchgehend recht laut, da sie zwei größere Verkehrsadern verbindet. Schlafen ist nur bei geschlossenem Fenster möglich. Das Frühstück ist landestypisch eher einfach gehalten.

The food was exceptional! Free breakfast was lavish and delicious, the dinner was tasty and well done, and staff were helpful, kind, and accommodating. Desk staff were quite helpful, too. The amenities were fine, as well. Bathrooms were clean, kept up, and quite large. My only problem was with the room itself, which was rather small and in seeming need of renovation: rugs and bedspread seemed outdated. BUT wi-fi reception was excellent.

Ett fint litet Hotel nära centrum av stan. Servieminded personal bra wi-fi och spännande frukost.valde att stanna Ivar en extra natt. Skall man klaga på något så var enkelrummen små

Great location, supermarkets, bars and really good local food up the street. The hotel is clean, good breakfast

Staff is very accomodating and eventhough some can't converse in english very well, they tried their best to attend to my inquiries and request. Food is excellent. My convenience and security were never put into compromised. Kudos for having an excellent team!

Clean and comfortable room, friendly front desk staff, it’s value for money Though the location of the hotel is not right in the city centre, it’s just a 15-min walk to the city centre and Ala-Too Square
