at first,, I almost could not make it for the check_in..😔 because the staff there said that they didn't receive the notification of my payment booking from traveloka..🤔 but later on after they try to find out more they finally allow me to check-in ... over all, the facilities N the service of the staffs @t the hotel are good.. the receptionist is available for 24 hrs.. and when I got trouble with my room key, the staff handle it with a good help...🙏 and around the hotel area we can find many food outlets too.. BUT,, the night market which close by the hotel doesn't sell souvenirs (such as : merchandise, etc) that I was looking for...🙁 one more thing,, the breakfast served from this hotel is nice.. and $uggested to have it earlier (at 8 a.m)..

No cleanly. Breakfast free that's why no quality & not make proper & not hot also. Boss says like this type of wording. Coffee & restaurant also not work.
