Room and all the facilities are clean. Hospitality of staff was excellent.

雨季ではたまに停電しますが、サービス他は良いです。

チェックイン時に美味しい焼き立てクッキーくれました。設備は全体的に水準が高いです。スタッフはとても親切でフレンドリー、宿泊した部屋は広くないけど、清潔感があって良かったと思います。 最初にチェックインした部屋が少し臭くて、外出後戻った時もまだ臭かったので部屋チェンしてもらいました。エコなのか歯ブラシその他のアメニティは設置されていません。 タオルの交換やペーパーの追加等はオーダーが必要です。 朝ごはんは美味しかったです。

The hotel itself is very nice. I heard that there were robberies targeting Asians on the nearby streets during the New Year holidays, so it's best not to go out late at night.

Gutes Hotel. Hier gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Ist halt eine Kette und eher unpersönlich. Für die ersten Übernachtungen in Laos aber ideal.

The hotel is new and was absolutely fantastic. The staff was excellent, very attentive, and spoke very good English. My only comment is that I noticed flies in the breakfast buffet area that should be better controlled. I would stay there again, it is the best hotel I've stayed while travelling in Indochina for a month.
